Most outreach fails for one reason: You’re talking to strangers about yourself. That’s cold outreach. And cold outreach scales effort… not results. The best clients I’ve ever signed came from what I call **hot outreach**. Here’s the difference: Cold outreach: • Buy a list • Personalise first line • Ask for a call Hot outreach: • Pick a company you actually want • Study their business properly (30 minutes minimum) • Find a real problem • Explain why it’s costing them money • Show how you’d fix it • Send the solution in the first message No “let me know if interested” No “can I send a loom” You give the value immediately. Because real trick isn’t using their name or some Clay enriched data. It’s using your skill to show them what they should do before they hire you. If your outreach relies on volume → you’re attracting low quality clients. If your outreach relies on thinking → you’re attracting high value ones.
