Agents operate at different levels and continuously improve shared knowledge. Documentation, grooming, ticket creation, and execution flow become automated. Human effort shifts from execution → validation. Speed increases. Clarity increases. Consistency increases. AI does not replace the team. It removes operational friction between team members.
