Rebranded it to Herb. Built it to 14 million people. 8-figures in revenue. But I built the company's brand. Not mine. 80-hour weeks. Drank to cope. Smoked 17 joints a day. December 2017: Rock bottom. Panic attack on my apartment floor. Waking up in tears. "One more day. One more day. One more day." I was a hamster on a wheel. Success felt like a prison sentence. 2018: Got out of a rough relationship. Quit drinking. Quit smoking. Cold turkey. Started journaling 3 pages every morning. Worked out 7 days a week. Discovered parts of myself I'd buried for years. 2018–2020: Age 30. Started putting myself out there. Messy content. Janky profile. Scared as hell. But I shipped anyway.
