Alex Hormozi just dropped a new lead magnet masterclass. His biggest insight: In his experience working with hundreds of companies & building hundreds of funnels... There are *only* 3 types of lead magnets that actually work. Let me break them down for you: Type 1: Reveal a Problem Give people something that shows them what they're doing wrong. Hormozi's example: "7 mistakes homeowners make when fixing their HVAC." Simple. Easy to create. And it positions you as the expert who can fix it. Type 2: Trial of the Solution Give people a taste of the actual result — for free. Hormozi shared an example of a company that gets local businesses ranked #1, #2, or #3 on Google Maps. Their lead magnet? "We'll get you ranked for free. Then we'll call you in 7 days and ask if you want to keep it." They're crushing it. Because when someone experiences the result firsthand, selling becomes easy. Type 3: One Step of a Multi-Step Pull one piece out of your full offer and give it away for free. Hormozi's example: A fashion consultant who used to say "book a call for an assessment" switched to offering a free color palette analysis — what colors you should wear based on your skin tone and personality. One small piece of her full service. Automated. Way more compelling than "request a quote." The big takeaway? The more real the lead magnet is — the more it costs you to deliver — the more likely it is to work. Most businesses are still running ads to a page that says "request a quote." But no one wants to request a quote. Give people something they actually want. Then build your conversion process around that. Hope this is helpful. PS - Wanna try this framework for your business?
