Automate everything immediately → Fix the process first, then automate. Automating broken processes just makes them broken faster. Let AI make your business decisions → Use AI for insights, not final judgement. AI still hallucinates. Replace all brainstorming with AI → AI supports creativity, but humans innovate. AI can only reference what existed before. Feed AI as much data as possible → Better prompts need better context, not more. Too much data = context rot. Copy-paste other people's prompts → Build prompts around your own needs. Generic prompts create generic output.
