Day 1: Random SaaS idea in a Google Doc.

Day 90: $8.2K+ in MRR, $300K+ valuation.

SaaS doesn’t have to take years.

And you definitely don’t need a huge team or piles of cash to make it work.

I know that because I’ve done it personally:

- Built the whole thing in 11 days
- Landed paying users on day one.
- Received a buyout offer within 45 days.

Nothing crazy.

No fancy tech. No secret network.

Just a simple tool that solved a real problem, and one solid distribution channel behind it.

Now I’m breaking down the exact system so you can replicate it.

Inside the breakdown, you’ll learn:

→ How to validate SaaS ideas people will actually pay for.
→ How to ship fast (even if you’re starting from scratch).
→ The 3-step method we used to generate daily inbound leads.
→ Underrated marketing plays 80% of founders ignore.

This works for any B2B offer that solves a real pain point.

And I’ll DM you the resource.

PandaPrompts just went free for Christmas 🎄.
(Turn any task into an automated, $15,000 prompt stack)

Everyone's trying to save money and automate with AI.

Most of the output is generic and useless.

Basic prompts will get boring outputs even with the latest models (Gemini 3 Pro/GPT-5.1)

This tool built prompting guides that generated $15,000 per guide.

It's powered by 3+ years of prompt engineering experience.

Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Defines the scope of your process. Objectives, steps, inputs, and sample outputs help the AI understand how your process works and kill AI hallucinations.

2️⃣ Drafts a preliminary prompt that acts as a test flight. Here, the model enters an inductive reasoning process to investigate areas of improvement.

3️⃣ Engages a feedback loop to benchmark the prompt's output against consultant-tier output and your desired outcomes.

I've seen founders automate their entire sales pipeline using this tool's output.

I'm sharing unlimited access to it for Christmas 🎄.

Want it?

Most people: “eMaiL iS dEaD”

Me: *drives 195k in email revenue in 7 days*

-

We just generated $195,000 in revenue with a brand new offer (a 2-week live bootcamp).

And 95% of the revenue came from 1 channel:

Email.

But tbh, I'm not surprised.

Just a few weeks ago, we launched a similar (but different) bootcamp and got a pretty similar result.

All because we've found a repeatable, 4-part email launch playbook that works with almost any kind of information product:

• $99-$199 products
• $350-$500 courses
• $800-$1,000 cohorts

This system includes a total of 28 super intentional emails.

And I just put together a behind-the-scenes guide breaking down:

• The results from this specific launch
• The 4-part email launch playbook we use for ALL our products
• A swipe file containing every single email we used for this launch

Oh, and I also put together a mega-prompt so you can use AI to plan your next launch using this exact formula.

If you'd like to get a free copy, comment "launch" and I'll send you all the goodies.

Most people see a 5-min Meeting scheduling form
But 1 hour of lost focus - every SINGLE day.

If you're a founder, consultant, or in sales, you know the drill:
8+ fields. Every time. Just to book a meeting.

You do this 5–7 times a day.

That’s one hour, “gone” on something that should take seconds.

Her’s what we did it differently.
 - One Line prompt.
 - On Slack or WhatsApp.
 - Meeting scheduled. No Long forms ‼️

No time wasted!!

Our AI meeting agent quietly returns 1 hour/day to people who actually need it.

Go on, give it a lil look: https://lnkd.in/gFKAfa2y

**Mécanisme :** Comment CLONE and I’ll show you exactly how to clone yourself so AI runs your business while you sleep.

```
Founders are terrified AI will replace them.
I couldn’t wait. Here’s how I built an AI team that works while I sleep.
Step 1: Upload Your Universe
Feed it everything that makes you, you.
PDFs, books, posts, transcripts, brand guidelines, every piece of content that represents your voice and vision.
The more context you give it, the better it thinks like you.
Step 2: Train On Your Tone
Upload examples of your best writing and tell it: “This is how I communicate.”
The AI learns your patterns, your voice, your style.
Now it drafts emails that sound exactly like you wrote them.
Step 3: Connect Your Stack
Integrate it with the tools you already use:
* Slack → daily syncs
* Notion → task boards
* Figma → visual output
* Google Drive → summaries
Your AI team now lives inside your workflow, not outside it.
Step 4: Assign Roles
I created four distinct AI assistants:
* Designer: creates visual assets
* Analyst: pulls insights from data
* Writer: drafts content in my voice
* Chief of Staff: manages my calendar and priorities
Each one has a specific job and operates independently.
Step 5: Chain Them Together
These AI assistants update dashboards, draft reports, and sync information without me.
They work while I sleep. They hand off tasks to each other like a real team.
Step 6: Test and Tune
Feedback loops = faster learning.
I spend 30 minutes per week tuning my AI team.
They save me 20+ hours per week in return.
But most founders are still treating AI like a search engine.
They ask one-off questions and wonder why it’s not useful.
AI becomes transformative when you treat it like a team member.
Assign it roles and give it context like a real person. Connect it to your systems.
That’s when the magic happens.
Let’s get after it.
Everyone thinks the hard part of AI ops is implementation.
It’s not.
It's writing the playbook. Deciding the steps, the decisions, what "good" looks like.
That's what can take hours. The tool is just the last mile.
We recently moved a handful of playbooks from ChatGPT to Claude + OpenClaw…
The whole thing took ~5 minutes.
If the idea of switching AI tools tomorrow scares the crap out of you... you should read our newsletter we just sent this morning in our new leader and strategy focused newsletter - Leading Momentum.
Fin 2025 : Je suis dans le top 1% mondial des vibe coders.
Et j'ai découvert pourquoi 99% des gens ratent leurs projets no-code.
Lovable vient de sortir son récap annuel.
Résultat : top 1% des utilisateurs qui ont généré le plus de code 🖐️
La vraie surprise ?
Ce n'est PLUS une question de compétence technique.
Voici les 5 leçons que j'ai apprises en créant +30 projets :
1/ Les fondations = 80% du succès
Choisis bien tes outils au début ou paie la migration plus tard (Protege ta charge mentale)
2/ Cahier des charges AVANT de coder
 5 min de discussion avec l'IA = rendu 5x meilleur.
 Sinon, c'est l'aller-retour infernal.
3/ Recoder > Payer
 Besoin d'un téléprompteur pour tourner mes vidéos.
 60€/mois d'abonnement ou 10 min de code ?
 10 min. Produit identique.
4/ Les 3 compétences du vibe coder de demain:
Design & imagination (le style devient différentiant)
Clarté d'expression (le code suit ta pensée)
Connaissance client obsessionnelle (UX > tout)
5/ Le futur du lead magnet est arrivé
PDF contre un email → MORT
Tool magnet → VIE
Un mini outil qui rend service en 30 secondes > un PDF de 50 pages que personne ne lit.
La preuve :
 J'ai créé un outil qui trouve les 3 tool magnets à vibe coder pour TON activité :
Paweł Huryn's LinkedIn-to-Substack strategy is GENIUS. But there's one upgrade that could easily 2-3x his results:
Context:
Paweł is one of the most respected AI PM voices on LinkedIn.
He's built a 230k+ LI following, and his content consistently dominates the feed.
His newsletter growth strategy is super smart, too:
He publishes posts like this one (see screenshot) that get 1,000+ likes — then links to a Substack article in the comments.
Readers click, skim the first part for free, but then have to subscribe to read the rest.
Now, this is clearly working for him.
But here's the limitation:
When you drop a semi-gated article link in a post, you're relying on people to click, read, get hooked, and then convert... all on their own.
Which means, he's likely losing a lot of conversions along the way.
Now compare that to a viral giveaway post where you prompt people to "comment X" in exchange for a valuable asset.
In my experience, you can get 60–80% of commenters to subscribe for your lead magnet.
And that's before you factor in the reach multiplier:
Every comment tells the LinkedIn algorithm "this post is worth spreading." Which then creates a flywheel of more eyes, more comments, and more subscribers.
So if I were him, I would expand some of his best performing posts into gated lead magnets - and then launch them as viral giveaways.
Then, he (or his assistant) could DM every commenter a link to a landing page to download it.
Every download = a new email subscriber.
But just to show you what this could look like, let's take his Claude Code for PMs post as an example.
I would turn this post into a standalone lead magnet called The PM's Claude Code Quickstart: 7 Steps to Your First AI Workflow in 90 Minutes.
Inside, I'd include:
- My step-by-step Claude Code setup checklist — specifically for PMs
- 6 real world examples of how I'm using Claude Code to save 10+ hours per week
- 4 underrated tips to make the most out of Claude Code from Day 1 (99% of PMs are missing out on these)
Basically: everything a PM needs to go from "I've heard of Claude Code" to "I'm running my entire workflow through it" — in one afternoon.
And who would want this?
Every PM who's trying to stay ahead of the curve and become proficient with AI.
Which just happens to be... Paweł's entire audience.
And to be clear: This doesn't replace his Substack teaser strategy — it accelerates it.
All without having to spend a dime on ads or waste weeks building a super complicated funnel.
Anyway, hope this is helpful!
You could be running a $5K/mo SaaS before April...
(and you don't need to be technical)
SaaS success has nothing to do with technical skills anymore.
The advantage in 2026 has flipped completely.
The winners aren't engineers or dev teams.
They're business owners who already solve problems manually.
Look at the pattern:
- Email agency → inbox tool (Instantly)
- LinkedIn service → content platform (Taplio)
- Video editing service → auto-clip generator (OpusClip)
These founders turned their service into software.
Now they're worth millions.
All because they had to do was productize systems from their B2B offers.
And then package it differently.
I've helped over a dozen founders do just that.
Tamara Grominsky has 9,000+ email subscribers. But her landing page is leaving conversions on the table. Here's why:
First off, Tamara is great.
She's an award-winning product marketer and the founder of PMM Camp.
And her newsletter is genuinely one of the best in the product marketing space.
But I recently saw her newsletter landing page and thought there were a few easy upgrades she could make to grow her email list even faster.
Now, before we dive into the upgrades, let me call out a few things she's already doing well:
1/ Her headline is identity-based (and feels different)
"Become the product marketer your company can't live without."
That's a strong line. It's not generic. And it speaks directly to her target reader's ambition.
Most newsletter headlines sound the same. Hers doesn't.
2/ She has strong social proof on the page
9,000+ PMMs already subscribe to Tamara's newsletter.
That number does a lot of heavy lifting — and she's smart to put it front and center.
Now, here's what I'd fix to improve the landing page:
1/ The newsletter needs a clearer value prop
Right now, it's not totally clear what you actually get when you subscribe.
The more tangible and specific you can make your promise, the higher your conversion rate.
2/ Fix the mobile version
Most of the copy is currently buried below the fold on mobile (because the headline isn't fully responsive).
This is a big deal. Most of your visitors are on their phones.
If they can't see your value prop right away, they'll bounce before they ever hit subscribe.
3/ Add a welcome gift
The page doesn't promise any immediate value for signing up.
One of the easiest ways to boost conversions? Offer something subscribers get the moment they join.
A free resource, a template, a checklist — anything that makes signing up feel like an instant win.
These 3 fixes alone could meaningfully move her conversion rate.
And the best part? None of them require a full redesign.
Anyway, hope this is helpful!
PS - Want me to audit your newsletter landing page next? Let me know in the comments and I'll add you to my queue :)
PPS - Need more inspiration to write (or rewrite) your own landing page?
Most people spend 10 hours writing a lead magnet. I just did it in 12 minutes while drinking my morning coffee ☕
Manual research is the biggest bottleneck in B2B growth.
3 hours searching for data. 2 hours outlining. 5 hours writing & formatting. Total: One full workday wasted.
I got tired of the "hustle," so I built a 6-agent AI squad in n8n to do it for me.
Here is the exact flow:
->Perplexity API handles deep web research (with real citations).
-> OpenAI plans the chapters and coordinates the "writing team."
-> Google Docs API handles the final polish and delivery.
The Result?
Professional, research-backed lead magent at anytime. No freelancers. No 3 AM writing sessions. Just pure scale.
YouTube is the most underutilized business asset in 2025.
Not for views. For revenue infrastructure.
These 4 modules turn any channel into a lead generation engine.
Most founders chase subscribers.
I chase systems that convert attention into pipeline.
Every video you post is sitting on untapped business intelligence.
Content that could fuel your entire marketing operation.
Comments full of prospects asking for help.
Here's how to unlock it:
Module 1: Comment-to-Lead Pipeline
Un LLM en production expose des surfaces d'attaque que la plupart des équipes n'ont jamais modélisées.
Prompt injection directe et indirecte, extraction de modèle par requêtes répétées, empoisonnement des données d'entraînement ou du RAG.
Détournement de contexte système, fuite de données via les sorties.
Chaque vecteur a un impact concret : exfiltration de données confidentielles, contournement de contrôles métier, compromission de la chaîne de décision.
C'est ce que j'explique dans cette nouvelle vidéo consacrée à la sécurité de l'IA
