The clock is ticking on the billable hour. If AI makes you 40% faster, you earn 40% less. Increased efficiency without the evolution of your pricing will undermine the foundations of your business. --- You've probably felt this already. A first draft that took a day gets done in an hour. Research that consumed a week, by Tuesday. The work is better and it's quicker. Simon-Kucher, the global pricing consultancy, pulls no punches. They're calling it the "AI-Pocalypse" for professional services pricing. This isn't a future problem. Your clients can see it. Your competitors are adapting to it. --- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱. Your clients paid for the hour. They cared about the outcome. AI has collapsed the notion that more time equals more value. The time is less. The value is the same, in many cases higher. That's not a crisis. It's an advantage. If you change the model. --- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. Start by identifying where AI is already saving your team time. That's your signal. Then: 1. Pick the repeatable outcome (the thing clients keep buying) 2. Standardise the inputs (what you will and won't include) 3. Tier the offer (good / better / best) 4. Price on risk removed or revenue created --- What this looks like in practice: Take management reporting. A consultancy used to bill 20 hours a month on operational data. AI now handles the compilation and first-pass analysis in a fraction of the time. Old model: 20 hours x hourly rate = revenue that shrinks as you improve. New model: ✅ Core: Monthly operational dashboard + your interpretation of what it means, fixed fee ✅ Plus: Add a quarterly strategic review with recommendations you own ✅ Premium: Add ad-hoc analysis on demand + direct access to your senior team The tiers escalate on judgment, impact, and value. Each level adds more of what AI cannot do: your read on the numbers, your experience, your client relationships. The scope is clear. The value is priced. The faster you deliver, the more profitable it gets. --- Command your premium. Amplify judgment, expertise, and relationships. The time AI gives back is an opportunity. Reinvest it into the work that earns the premium: your judgment, your client relationships, your expertise. Those are the things a tool will never replace. --- Every service business will face this question. Not whether to move, but when. Businesses that get on the front foot have the opportunity to set the terms of engagement. To deploy AI while others are still thinking about it. And on terms that make sense to them. --- What's the one service you could productise this month? I spent 17 minutes building an AI system that does what Justin Welsh's $10M funnel does. And it outperformed his entire setup in 48 hours. Here's what LinkedIn gurus won't tell you about "proven funnels": They're teaching you to build horse carriages while everyone else is driving Teslas. Justin's funnel is brilliant. For 2019. His newsletter strategy? Perfect. Before AI existed. His $2,880/hour coaching? Makes sense when automation was simple Zapier workflows. But , we're living in 2025. I took his exact funnel structure and rebuilt it with AI: → His 3-product pyramid? AI agent handles all tiers simultaneously → 200k email list? My AI qualifies 1,700 leads without sending a single spam email → 48% open rates? Try 73% when AI personalizes every touchpoint → $17,100 MRR from upsells? One client hit $32k in ONE WEEK Here's what actually matters: 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻'𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝘆: • Write 5 posts daily • Cross-post everywhere • Build email list for years • Hope for 150k impressions 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗮𝘆 (𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱): • AI tests 50 hook variations in seconds • Auto-publishes to 7 platforms • Qualifies leads BEFORE they hit your DMs • 987 comments on ONE post I'm not dissing Justin. The man's a legend. But copying his 2019 playbook in 2025 is like bringing a knife to a drone fight. My "too simple" 3-tool stack just processed 1,700 founders at Istanbul Slush'D. While you're studying his funnel... I'm building systems that replace entire agencies in 17 minutes. Want the ACTUAL playbook that works today? Drop a comment below this post and I'll send you: 1. My 3-tool AI stack blueprint 2. The exact prompts that generated $127k last quarter 3. Why complex funnels are dead (7-min video proof) P.S. Still following 2019 strategies? That's like using a flip phone because Nokia was successful. P.P.S. Repost if you want priority access!

I analyzed the top 3 creators making $1M/year and realized they're all doing the same thing wrong. Justin Welsh. Lara Acosta. Matt Lakajev. Combined revenue: $12M+ Combined mistake: They're still building funnels like it's 2019. Here's what nobody wants to admit: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 "𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻" 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀: • 200k email lists taking years to build • 38-post campaigns for a single launch • 1,058 calls to close 364 deals • Complex upsell sequences generating $17k MRR 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺: • AI qualifies leads before they enter the funnel • Zero manual posts - AI tests and publishes what works • 73% email open rates (not 48%) • One client: $32k in ONE WEEK I'm not saying they're failing. They're for sure crushing it. But they're crushing it the hard way. Justin's 3-product pyramid? My AI creates unlimited offers simultaneously. Lara's 38-post campaign? My AI generates 53 variations and picked the winner. Matt's 1,058 calls? My system pre-qualifies so you only talk to buyers. They're teaching you their old playbooks for $497. Meanwhile, I just processed 1,700 founders at an event with 3 tools. 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰: → More steps = more control → More content = more trust → More calls = more sales 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: → Fewer steps = higher conversion → Smarter content = instant trust → Better qualification = only quality calls Everyone's copying what worked but nobody's building what works NOW. Want the blueprint that's actually working in 2025? Comment below this post and I'll send you: • My 3-creator funnel teardown (what to steal, what to skip) • The exact AI system replacing their complex setups • Why million-dollar funnels are dead simple now P.S. Still building 47-step funnels is like still using a fax machine because it worked in 1995. P.P.S. Repost if you want priority access!
