YC is now looking for SERVICE companies built over AI rather than software companies. This is a major turning point with clear implications:
-We don't need AGI for major transformation: even with the current quality of AI models, every business can be reinvented.
-The gap between non-AI businesses and AI business is about to widen massively
-EVERY business will be looking to pay AI experts to avoid losing against competition

At Argil, we have clients launching service business for video and AI agents every day with our product.

One of them made $500K in the past few months from it - and I've planned a webinar TOMORROW to explain his exact playbook.

NO replay. Huge perks.

Like this post, add me as a connexion (important!) and comment "playbook" to receive the webinar subscription link.

You notice that one competitor everywhere.

They've been in business for half as long as you, their reviews aren't as good. You've taken a look at their services and they aren't as comprehensive as yours.

But somehow, they're always booked.

You see their name come up in local groups, you hear people recommend them. You check them out on Google: they're on page 1, while your website's on page 3.

It stings.

You're not jealous, you're just wondering what's happening, because you know you're just as good (even better) but they're the one people find.

Because when it comes to websites and online presence, it's simply about who's more visible.

Your competitor has just figured out (or paid someone to figure out) how to show up when people search for their services.

And you can do the same once you know what's broken.

Let me show you what needs to be improved or fixed on your website so it shows up on page one too when your future clients need you.

Book your free audit - DM "AUDIT" me for the link, whether we work together or not, you'll know what to fix.

Someone told you to “Post more”,
“Build your personal brand”
and “Show up consistently.” So you did.

You posted, shared behind the scenes, wrote captions, even spent way too much time on Canva making graphics.

And… nothing changed on your bank account.

Here’s why that advice falls apart for most service businesses: people scroll social media to pass time, but they go to Google when they need help.

When a dog starts limping at 9 PM, no one opens Instagram, they search “emergency vet near me”.

When someone finally decides to hire a divorce lawyer, they do not scroll Facebook,
they search for one in their city.

The belief holding you back is this: “If I grow a following, clients will come.”

But that's not guaranteed.

It might happen if you post for months,
if you get lucky and
if people happen to need you at the right moment when your post shows up before dying forever.

Or you can show up exactly when someone is already looking if your website is doing the job it's supposed to do.

You don't need a bigger audience, but you need to be visible by strangers at the right time.

Personally, I'm not here to entertain, I'm here to answer real questions when someone searches at 2am because that problem is preventing them from sleeping. And my clients come to me because they want to do the same.

Let your website do the explaining before they even book a call.

That is how service businesses grow without burning out.

If you are tired of chasing visibility on social media and want a system that brings clients steadily, Sold Out SEO shows you how. DM me for the details.

```
How many times have you kicked yourself for not following up on an unpaid invoice?
I built a smart invoice collection system in n8n that automatically follows up on overdue invoices at 7, 14, 21, and 28-day intervals. Each follow-up is written by AI based on your actual email history with that client, so it sounds like you wrote it yourself and doesn't repeat anything weird or out of context.
The business case is pretty straightforward. If you recover even one $3,000 invoice per quarter that would have otherwise been forgotten, that's an extra $12,000 a year. For a service business doing several hundred thousand in revenue, that's probably on the low end of what this saves you.
I use similar systems with real clients and we sell them for $1,500 to $2,000+ a pop. The ROI is so obvious that it's one of the easiest automation systems to pitch because every business owner has experienced the pain of chasing down late payments.
The system grabs invoices from whatever source you use (Google Sheets, Stripe, QuickBooks, whatever), calculates how many days each one is overdue, pulls in your full email history with that client for context, and then drafts or sends follow-ups using templates that get progressively more urgent over time. You can also repurpose the exact same logic for sales follow-ups, cold email sequences, or any situation where you need intelligent multi-touch outreach.
I'm giving away the full n8n template for free. To get this:
Ce guide gratuit va te faire abandonner N8N pour toujours.
Je l'offre à la fin de ce post. ↓
N8N m'a fait perdre des dizaines d'heures.
Pas parce que c'est un mauvais outil.
Parce que je l'utilisais à l'envers.
Je construisais des workflows pour scaler mon activité.
Mais chaque workflow construit = une nouvelle chose à maintenir.
Un jour j'ai compté.
3h par semaine passées à débugger, reconstruire, adapter.
3h que je n'investissais pas dans mes clients.
C'est là que j'ai compris le vrai problème :
🚫 N8N te demande de penser comme une machine
🚫 Tu t'adaptes à l'outil, pas l'inverse
🚫 Plus tu scales, plus tu subis
Les workflows agentiques fonctionnent différemment.
Tu parles. L'IA exécute.
→ Tu décris ce que tu veux en langage naturel
→ Elle génère la logique, connecte les APIs, gère les erreurs
→ Si quelque chose plante, elle se corrige seule
Résultat concret dans mon business :
1️⃣ Mon onboarding client tourne sans moi
2️⃣ Mes relances et suivis partent automatiquement
3️⃣ Mes leads sont qualifiés avant même qu'on se parle
Zéro code.
Zéro nœud.
Zéro maintenance.
J'ai tout documenté dans un guide gratuit.
Des cas réels.
Des prompts testés.
Des résultats mesurables.
Conçu spécifiquement pour 4 profils :
→ Coach / Formateur
→ Consultant
→ Freelance
→ Agence
💡 Actionnable en moins d'une journée.
Même sans background technique.
Want more clients from Google? Start here.
One of my clients has now over 40k impressions thanks to her blog. Impressions = the number of times her website shows up on search results when her ideal clients are looking for answers to their questions.
Find five real questions your ideal clients are already typing into Google (you can have an idea of what these are based on the quesitons most of your clients ask you).
Write one blog post answering each question clearly. That’s it.
Most service providers blog like they are writing newsletters,
updates, opinions or thoughts.
But strangers don't search for your thoughts,
they search for answers to their problems and a clear way out.
A blog that works is useful and gives one clear answer to one clear question and gives one clear next step.
That's how you build trust on the long run.
Unlike social media posts that disappear in 24 hours, a useful blog post can keep bringing you clients for years.
That's why I focus on blog posts, because my brain can't fathom why I would bet on a social media platform that doesn't belong to me, can shut my account anytime AND will make my post die within hours...
It doesn't make sense to me to only focus on social media.
If you want to have your content work for you 24/7: bringing clients and building trust even when you're on holiday, I have 2 ways to help you do that:
- either do it for you
- or teach you how to do it inside my brand new program called Sold Out SEO.
In any cases, DM me "BLOG" and I'll tell you how I can help.
My first A.I. client paid me $56,236.
Here's exactly how I closed it — step by step.
I had no portfolio. No case studies. No fancy website.
I had one thing: a build I made for myself that actually worked.
I was using A.I. to automate intake and follow-up for a service business.
A founder in my network saw it running.
He didn't ask for a proposal. He asked, "Can you build that for me?"
Here's what I did differently than most A.I. founders:
→ I didn't pitch "A.I. consulting."
→ I showed him the infrastructure running live.
→ I scoped it as a system, not a project.
→ I priced it on the cost it replaced — not hours worked.
One build. One client. $56,236.
No cold outreach. No agency model. No $2K discovery projects.
That single deal changed how I thought about this entire business.
Most A.I. founders are chasing $500 chatbot gigs.
Meanwhile, one properly scoped infrastructure deal can replace 6 months of
small projects.
I'm breaking down the full playbook —
 how to find, scope, and close deals like this — in a free live training.
```
You’ve spent time and money on your website, but it's not bringing you as many clients as you know it could (and should!)

Maybe you rewrote pages or you hired someone who told you “it just needs time.”

But here we are... and it’s still not doing most of your marketing.

Before you assume your website is useless, here’s what usually goes wrong.

1) No one has ever explained to you what was being changed or why.
You got "jargonish" updates you couldn’t translate into real life, nothing related to bookings or inquiries.

2) The focus was on numbers instead of outcomes.
More visitors, better scores, cool.
But what about the increase in calls, email subscribers, or actual bookings.

3) Your business was treated like a file among others.
But a local service business' website doesn't work the same way as a 100% online business website.

If the same approach was used for both, the results were doomed.

4) The work was delivered and then abandoned.
No checking what people actually did on your site or adjusting once real behavior showed up.

5) Expectations were set wrong from the start.
Websites don’t flip a switch overnight, but they also shouldn’t sit dead for years.

The real progress I've seen for my clients (and myself) starts within a few weeks when the right things are fixed.

6) Your site wasn’t built or written around how people actually search.
It was built and written based on how you describe your work and what sounds professional.
But not for the messy, imperfect phrases people use when they need help now.

Websites work when they’re built to be found and understood at the exact moment someone is ready.

Most websites I see don’t need a redesign. They need clarity, direction, and a few intentional fixes.

DM me “AUDIT” and I’ll tell you exactly what’s holding your site back and how you can fix it, whether we work together or not.

(coachs, consultants, agences, freelances).

- Onboarder correctement chaque nouveau client
- Suivre l’avancement des projets
- Gérer l’administratif, les paiements, les relances
- Maintenir une expérience client irréprochable

Et très vite, tout repose sur toi.

Chaque nouveau client ajoute :

- Comment auditer ton back-end actuel

A few days ago, I shared the exact system behind +123% MRR service business growth in 5 months.

Many founders asked me the same question:
"How do we actually implement this?"

Seeing a case study and implementing it are two different things.

Most service businesses try to bolt AI onto broken processes.
They end up creating more chaos instead of recovering margin.

True transformation requires an operational audit first.

You have to identify the exact revenue leaks before patching them with AI.

That's exactly what an AI Transformation Partner does.
We don't just hand you prompts.
We fix your profit margins.

If your service business generates over $30k/mo, I'm opening 3 new spots this week for a Strategic AI Discovery Session.

Here is what we'll do:

→ Look at your current P&L bottlenecks.
→ Determine if our framework can actually help you hit your next revenue milestone.

This is a screening to see if your operations are ready for a long-term AI partnership.

Your closers are spending 3 hours a day qualifying leads that will NEVER buy.

That's not a sales problem.
That's an infrastructure problem.

Most service businesses respond to this by hiring another SDR.
$60k/year in salary.
$5k/mo before they even book a single call.

And they still miss 40% of inbound leads because humans sleep, forget, and get overwhelmed.

Meanwhile, a simple 3-prompt AI stack can do this:

→ Screen every inbound in under 2 minutes.
→ Ask the right qualifying questions automatically.
→ Route only high-intent leads to your closers' calendar.

No hiring.
No training.
No onboarding.

Just a system that runs 24/7 while your team focuses on closing.

Here's what this looked like for one of our clients
(a 7-figure service business with a high-volume inbound):

- Their closers went from 12 calls/day to 6.
- Close rate jumped from 18% to 34%.
- Same revenue target hit with half the effort.
- The prompt stack is 3 pages.
- It took us 4 months to refine.

Comment "PROMPT" and I'll send it to you directly.

PS - We must be connected to DM you.

At $30k MRR, your business is likely BURNING $4,200/mo in hidden operational debt.

Not because you lack leads.
Because you’re paying humans to do what machines should already be doing.

Most founders try to bolt AI onto broken processes.
They end up creating more chaos instead of recovering margin.

True transformation requires an operational architect, not a prompt engineer.
That is why we act as an AI Transformation Partner.

We don't just "install tools".
We rebuild your profit infrastructure.

For businesses at $30k+ MRR, our partnership is built around 3 core pillars:

1. The Leak Audit:
We map your P&L to find the exact bottlenecks where your margin is disappearing (Human effort vs. Machine potential).

2. High-Leverage Identification:
We isolate the 1 or 2 specific processes that will generate the highest ROI if automated within the next 30 days.

3. The 90-Day Execution Roadmap:
You get a surgical, step-by-step plan to hit your next revenue milestone using our custom-built AI infrastructure.
This is not a "one-off" automation.

It is a complete operational overhaul designed to recover 20-30% of your current margin.

I am opening 3 new spots for this partnership this month.
If your service business has the volume and you are ready to scale without increasing headcount:

Comment "PARTNER" below.
I’ll DM you to set up an AI Discovery Call to see if our framework can actually solve your current bottlenecks.

Claude just replaced a $5,000/mo SDR hire.
Here's the exact infrastructure I used 👇

Scaling a service business past $30k/mo is rarely a lead gen problem.

It's an operational bottleneck that kills your margins.

As your pipeline grows, your team falls behind:

❌ Response times lag
❌ Follow-ups get forgotten
❌ Hot leads go cold... or straight to a competitor

Most founders react by hiring more SDRs.

But adding $60,000/year in payroll just to qualify leads is a race to the bottom.

❌ Scaling with headcount increases your overhead.
✅ Scaling with AI infrastructure protects your profit.

I built a system that uses a single Claude agent to handle the entire qualification process, from first interaction to booked call, 24/7.

Here's exactly what's inside the blueprint:

→ The Claude agent setup for 24/7 first-touch qualification
→ The prompt architecture that filters unqualified leads automatically
→ The booking flow from first message to confirmed call
→ The full infrastructure breakdown
→ Real numbers: the cost of the system VS. a traditional SDR hire

Comment "SDR" below and I’ll DM you the blueprint.
(Like the post too, it helps me reach more founders who need this)

Your service business is LEAKING $3k-$8k/mo in margin.
(And it has nothing to do with lead gen)

It's operational debt.

You're generating enough leads.

But your team is drowning in manual tasks that eat your margins before the revenue even hits your account.

Here's what operational debt looks like at $30k+ MRR:

→ Your onboarding takes 2 weeks instead of 3 days.
→ Your follow-ups depend on someone remembering to send them.
→ Your reporting is a spreadsheet that's always 5 days behind.

Every one of these is a silent revenue leak.

And no amount of new leads will fix a business that can't handle the ones it already has.

I built an Operational Prioritization Matrix that ranks your operational bottlenecks by two criteria:

1. Revenue impact (how much margin it's costing you).
2. Automation readiness (how fast AI can fix it).

One page.
Four quadrants.

You'll know exactly what to fix first (and what to ignore).

They had automation running. The work was still out of control.

This is one of the most common things I find during an audit.

The process is moving. Files are being created, steps are being triggered, notifications are going out.

And the team is still chasing. Still unsure of what is actually complete. Still managing exceptions manually because nobody can see which part of the workflow is holding things up.

Movement without control looks like progress. It is not.

A workflow that moves without giving the team visibility into its current state creates a specific kind of exhaustion. Not the exhaustion of too much work. The exhaustion of too much uncertainty about the work that is already in motion.

This is the audit lesson that keeps repeating across every firm I work with.

Movement is not the same as control.

A task triggered is not a task completed. A document received is not a document ready. A step passed is not a step done correctly.

The teams that build real operational control are not the ones with the most automation. They are the ones whose workflow tells them, at any moment, exactly what state the work is in and what is blocking it from moving.

That visibility is what separates a calm operation from a busy one.

Before asking what to automate next, the more useful question is: can the team see, right now, what is actually happening in the workflow, and do they know what to do about it?

If the answer is no, automation is not the next step. Visibility is.

I put together a free 5-question AI Workflow Gap Diagnostic that helps you find exactly where your workflow is moving without giving you control.
