My solo-business goes through various phases. This picture was taken during an "ideation phase": It was in February 2024, I was ideating my course, on an island. I focused on collecting audience feedback, analyzing insights, and writing. A few weeks later, I returned to the city and entered a "production phase". I was creating materials, going to the studio, recording lessons, and finalizing the course. Finally, in April 2024, I entered a "promotion phase" (the busy one). I launched the course, onboarded the first students, and communicated a lot. After the launch, I went travelling to Europe and entered a new ideation phase. I would like to be in a constant 'growth mode', the business would probably grow faster. But the truth is that I rely on cycles and seasons. Some seasons are contemplative, other are busier.
