A thumbnail photo repository “We’ll take a photo when we need it.” rarely works We're building a real folder of usable options: • Different angles. • Different expressions. • Different outfits. • Different backgrounds. When you’re uploading, you don’t want to be stuck doing a last-minute photoshoot. You want to choose a frame, drop text on it, and ship. 2. A clear script skeleton Most founders freestyle. Then wonder why retention is trash. Here’s the skeleton we’re using: 👉 Intro 25–30 seconds Immediate value. Say what they’ll get. Prove you’re worth the next 5 minutes. 👉 Middle Establish a problem your buyer actually feels. Offer a simple solution. Give a vivid example so it sticks. Use retention phrases like: • "Quick story:" • "Watch what happens when you do this:" 👉 CTA Don’t send them to a website. Redirect to the next video. One idea. One next click. 3. A competition database Pick 10–15 channels that post the same stuff as you. Then track 4 things: • Thumbnails. • Titles. • Video structure. • Posting cadence. Not to copy.
