Happy to send it over if useful.” Use when: The prospect doesn’t know you yet. 3. Trigger → Question → Value → CTA Best framework for intent-based outbound. Example: “Saw you expanded into the US market. How are you handling outbound volume without damaging deliverability? We helped a team scale from 12k to 85k emails/month while improving inbox placement. Open to seeing the setup?” Use when: There’s a hiring round, expansion, funding, launch, or tech change. 4. Trigger → Agitation → Social Proof → CTA One of the strongest enterprise frameworks. Example: “Open roles usually create reporting chaos and forecasting issues fast. A fintech client had the same problem after scaling from 4 to 17 reps. They reduced forecast inaccuracies by 40% after rebuilding the process. Thought this breakdown might be useful.” Use when: Following up without sounding desperate. AI won’t book meetings for you. But it will help you test faster, personalize more deeply, and build better angles if the underlying framework is solid.
