Post LinkedIn lead magnet · Marketing strategy
I reviewed 𝟮𝟬𝟬+ 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 last year. 95% of them had the same problem... Their profile is built for a recruiter not for clients. So every time someone visits they see a CV, not a sales page. No DM. No inquiry. The profile itself was killing their leads silently. Here's how I fix it in 8 steps ↓ 1 - 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥 (𝟭𝟱𝟴𝟰 × 𝟯𝟵𝟲 𝗽𝘅) ↳ One message: who you help + what they get ↳ Add your face beacuse people buy from people ↳ Never leave it empty 2 - 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 (𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 × 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘅) ↳ Face fills 60–70% of frame ↳ Clean background. Real smile. ↳ No selfies. 3 - 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 ↳ Not just your job title ↳ Formula: [You] + [Ideal Client] + [Outcome] ↳ 2–3 keywords they actually search 𝟰- 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 ↳ Pin your OFFER...not a random post ↳ Booking page, portfolio, lead magnet ↳ 2–3 sections max 𝟱 - 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 ↳ Line 1 is your hook → 2 lines before "see more" ↳ Problem → journey → outcome ↳ End with a CTA. 6 - 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 ↳ Outcomes, not responsibilities ↳ Numbers over claims ↳ Attach media → results, screenshots, decks 7 - 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 ↳ 3–5 from real clients ↳ Results-focused, not generic praise ↳ Strongest social proof you have 8 - 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦 ↳ Pin your 3 most strategic skills ↳ Match keywords your market searches ↳ Endorse others and they endorse back Your profile works 24/7. Right now it's either pulling clients in or quietly pushing them away. Which one is yours? Follow me for more LinkedIn growth tips like this. P.S. Looking for a Profile Optimization?
