We're a team of 10. But we run like a 30-person GTM organisation.
Not because we've hired fast and bought all the new "GTM tools"… that doesn't work.
But because we've built a smart approach that uses:
→ AI agents
→ Signal-powered workflows
→ Run end to end by human-led expertise
That means we can handle and produce more pipeline than huge, bloated teams.
And scale profit, WITHOUT increasing headcount.
Most founders and revenue leaders think you need more SDRs to book meetings.
Or pay $10,000 a month for an ever-increasing GTM tech stack that looks nice on a LinkedIn infographic but never delivers much on paper.
We proved you don't.
Here's the core modern GTM tech stack we use at Atticus to drive $1M in pipeline a month for us and $135M+ in pipeline for clients:
1. Data source
Apify - This allows us to scrape leads from LinkedIn, including likes, comments, views, and connections.
Pro tip: You can also build out leads with potential intent by scraping which companies are posting about certain tools or hiring. That would make them more likely to want to work with us.
Prospeo - Data source for getting prospect emails.
3. Lead sourcing and lead list creation
Clay - Pulls live data on companies and contacts.
We use it to enrich lead lists, scrape signals, and trigger outreach flows.
PRO TIP: Without a doubt the most effective tool to pull together data sources and waterfall enrichments on prospects. 1000x better than Sales Navigator at narrowing down a targeted list that we can then plug into LinkedIn outreach or email.
Claude Code - We use Claude Code to build the right lead lists. The ICP filtering tends to be more effective than Clay's, and what took hours to review a 1,000-person lead list for fit now takes 5 minutes.
4. Prospecting & lead gen
Valley - Automates multichannel outreach, prioritises the best-fit leads, and personalises every touchpoint.
Think of it as a smart SDR intern that needs the right lead list and understanding of your niche to actually work.
Instantly.ai - LinkedIn leads scraped from Apify get put into nurture sequences on Instantly, where we fire lead magnets over to start and nurture conversations. We also use Instantly to send cold email to wider audiences, starting from 20,000 emails a month.
5. Messaging and content
Claude Cowork - We build out agents that help to come up with messaging for sales conversations. We organise based on different prospect archetypes for clients, allowing us to become subject matter experts and take the founder out of the DMs.
Kondo - Manages our LinkedIn pipeline. Lets us track convos, comment on prospect posts, and stay top-of-mind with warm leads.
That's it.
With this stack, we can run a full GTM campaign.
With just 10 people.
The best part is it's all built around human-led expertise.
And not AI slop.
