🔥 The next 18 months will redefine work. Not theoretically. Operationally. AI’s experimental phase is ending. What comes next is execution pressure, not exploration. This new video and companion article outline five shifts already moving from pilots to baselines and what I recommend leaders must do before mid-2027. Here’s the compressed reality 👇 1️⃣ AI starts executing real work Agents move inside ERP, CRM, and HR systems. Teams review outcomes, not tasks. 2️⃣ Robots adapt to human spaces Embodied AI deploys without facility redesign, collapsing automation timelines. 3️⃣ Quantum forces decisions before scale Post-quantum security planning begins now, not when advantage arrives. 4️⃣ Learning shifts to reasoning audits Judgment, oral defense, and iteration replace polished outputs. 5️⃣ Supply chains stop reacting late AI predicts disruption and adjusts routing, inventory, and contracts automatically. What separates outcomes is not adoption. It’s whether these systems are integrated. By mid-2027, organizations that unify AI, robotics, and automation into a shared workflow layer will reduce manual handoffs across multiple business units. Those that don’t will still be coordinating work humans no longer need to touch. 🎥📄 The video and article explain where to start and what to measure. The link to the article is in the comments. Are you already integrating systems or still running pilots in isolation?

We recently helped one of our clients (a $40m CPG brand) discover $4,500/month in refundable 3PL fees from missed SLAs. We also helped scale their ops without hiring, reclaim dozens of hours and get back thousands of dollars in lost margin. With only 2 Ops FTEs. Their spreadsheets were maxing out with order-level historical data. They gave up on implementing an ERP after engaging two consultancies. They’d even tried to hire a supply chain analyst earlier this year. They needed help making their systems work with their current resources, so they reached out. In a few weeks, we onboarded them onto our reporting automations that: - Replace 20+ hours/month of manual data work - Refresh executive-level dashboards automatically (no more crashing) - Pull clean data from Amazon, their 3PL, and Shopify, without needing to log in to each portal And again, our reporting also revealed $4,500+ / month in refundable 3PL fees from missed SLAs. That one insight alone will save them ~$50k per year, which meant that Crafty Crow paid for itself. They can continue to scale without that ERP. When they’re ready to retry hiring, that new hire can contribute much more meaningfully. This is exactly what we help brands do: we build smart automations and create real-time insights that work for your business, so your ops don’t break every time you double your sales. If you’re looking for real ROI (not another tool your team doesn’t want to use), message me “interested” and I’ll send over the details, or grab time on my calendar directly: https://lnkd.in/gxDAKV-Z

Your Mission: Configure Schedule Lines Without Breaking MRP. 🧱🕵️‍♂️ Stop me if you've heard this one. A Consultant walks into a workshop. The client says: "We want to sell services, but we want the warehouse to print a delivery note for it." The room goes silent. The MM Consultant starts sweating. The PP Consultant leaves the room. 🏃‍♂️💨 This is the Schedule Line Paradox. I've been digging through the archives (shoutout to Mickael Quesnot's legendary guides) and adapting them for the S/4HANA world. The truth? The button clicks have changed, but the logic is immortal. 🚨 The Trap: You assign a Movement Type (601) to a Service Item Category. Result? The system waits for inventory that doesn't exist. Your delivery is blocked. Your billing is stuck. The Ghost of Accounting Future haunts you. ✅ The Fix (The "Standard" Way): Item Category: DIEN (Service). Schedule Line: CD or CN (No Delivery). The "But I want a paper" Hack: If they really need a paper, check "Item Relevant for Delivery" in VOV6 but leave the Movement Type BLANK. Result: You get a delivery document (paperwork) but no goods movement (no accounting nightmare). This is just Page 14 of the new S/4HANA Pocket Book I'm compiling. We cover: The "Z" Convention (Why we copy CP to ZP). The Shipping Point math (Plant + Loading Grp + Conditions). The Status Profile traffic lights 🚦. Your Turn: What's the worst Schedule Line configuration error you've ever inherited? Did someone put a 601 on a Text Item? 💀 Quiz : https://lnkd.in/eKVXcR4A 👇 Let me know in the comments.
