BREAKING: YC & Sequoia are pointing at the same massive opportunity: The next $1T company might be an AI-NATIVE Agency 🤯

For years, the default playbook was simple:
build software for agencies.

Now the smarter move may be:
build the agency itself, rebuilt from scratch with AI.

That is the shift YC is quietly pointing to in its Spring 2026 requests.

And it fits perfectly with Sequoia’s thesis:
the next $1T company may not sell software.
It may sell the work.

Most founders are still thinking about:
- AI tools
- copilots
- assistants
- software that helps people work faster

But the bigger opportunity may be:
AI-Native Service Companies.

I broke this down in detail, including:
- YC’s AI-native agency thesis
- why this model can work so well now
- the difference between AI in agencies vs AI-native agencies
- which categories get disrupted first
- 15 startups already moving in this direction

In 2026, the Product playbook has changed:

- Headcount is no longer a competitive advantage
- Engineers are shipping 10x faster than ever
- Boards are questioning Product ROI
- AI is collapsing barriers to entry

Following an “old playbook” is irrational.

It’s often a:
- Lack of business accountability → “Product is here to support”
- Lack of organizational clarity → “Let’s just hire more PMs”
- Lack of capital discipline → “More features = more growth”

That’s why you need to reinvent your Product Playbook:
- Align Product with ROI, not output
- Redesign teams for AI leverage
- Reduce handoffs and increase ownership

Over the past years, I’ve worked with 1000+ founders and Product leaders across Europe.

And I’ve seen a massive shift.

Product is evolving toward:
- ROI-driven roadmaps
- AI-native product builders
- End-to-end product ownership
- Lean core teams powered by AI

The companies adapting fastest are redesigning how Product works.

And if you're still running a 2019 Product org in 2026, you're already behind.

—
If you want to understand how your Product org truly performs, I built a quick audit to assess it (17 signals, ROI-focused). Comment “audit” and I’ll share it.

If investors don’t feel the importance of your idea when you speak,
they won’t fund it.

This week at health.tech | global summit, I watched brilliant ideas miss their moment on stage.

Not because the science was weak.
Because the delivery was.

Groundbreaking research.
Powerful technologies.

But then…

A monotone voice that flattened the excitement.
A pitch delivered like a verbal machine gun.
A message so unclear the value disappeared.

It’s painful, because the problem isn’t the science.

It’s the transmission.

And in investor rooms, that has consequences.

Because in high-stakes pitches, your voice is part of the product.

Three fixes every founder should remember before stepping on stage:

1️⃣ Slow down 15%.
Clarity lives in space.
If you rush the numbers, you lose credibility.

2️⃣ Lead with the problem you solve.
One sentence. Like a headline.
“We help X solve Y by doing Z.”

3️⃣ Use pauses.
Silence after your key message creates authority
and helps your ideas land.

Slides inform.
Your voice persuades.

And the best innovation in the world remains invisible if nobody feels it.

That’s exactly why I created Voice Of Impact™.

To help experts, scientists and innovators develop a voice that matches the power of their ideas.

If you’re pitching innovation and want your delivery to match your ideas:

• Voice Of Impact™ Workshop – Basel
 20 March | 22 March | 17 April

• Voice Of Impact™ Online Cohort (6 weeks)
 Starting mid-April

Or DM me “IMPACT”

Great ideas deserve a voice that gets you funded.

Getting rich is easier than you think.

In 2015, I bought:

• 2 Bitcoin
• 50 Ethereum
• 30 ounces of Gold

I'm no Warren Buffett...

I just use this 5-step framework to spot undervalued opportunities:

--

Look, I get it.

You're thinking, "easy for you to say."

But you should also know:

• I bought $15k in penny stocks
• Threw $50k at a physical storefront
• Invested in three "revolutionary" startups

Guess what happened (they all went to zero).

But my wins?

They made me forget about the losses.

Here's the framework I use before investing a single dollar:

--

Step 1: The Boring Question.

Ask yourself: "Does this solve a real problem that exists TODAY?"

Not in 5 years. Right now.

For example, Bitcoin in 2015:

People wanted to move money without banks (a real problem, happening then).

--

Step 2: The Adoption Test.

In 2015, Bitcoin had:

• Remittance services
• Dark web marketplaces
• Libertarians buying coffee

If the only people "using" something are speculators hoping to flip it for a profit…

That's not adoption. It’s a house of cards.

--

Step 3: The 10-Year Question.

"If I couldn't sell this for 10 years, would I still want to own it?"

This kills 90% of "opportunities" instantly.

Meme coins? No.
Random NFT projects? No.

Gold that's been valuable for 5,000 years? Yeah, probably.

--

Step 4: The Idiot Test (most important).

Can you explain why this is valuable to someone who's never heard of it?

If your explanation requires:

• "Paradigm shift"
• "You don't understand”
• "Revolutionary technology"

You don't get it either.

--

Step 5: The Conviction Check.

Would you tell your mom to buy this?

I told my mom about Bitcoin in 2016 (she didn't listen, but that's beside the point).

If you wouldn't recommend it to someone you care about, why would you buy it yourself?

--

Here's what this framework ISN'T…

It's not about

• Finding the next 100x
• Timing the market perfectly
• Being smarter than everyone else

It's about having conviction in your own thinking instead of following hype cycles.

--

The investments that worked for me passed all 5 tests:

✓ Easy to explain
✓ Had actual adoption
✓ Told everyone I knew
✓ 10-year hold made sense
✓ Solved real-world problems

The ones that failed?

Usually failed 3+ of these tests.

--

I applied this same framework when I found digital payment processing.

Crypto is already here.

Millions of people own it… But almost no businesses let you spend it.

So, I became the middleman.

--

I’m placing payment processors at local businesses, collecting a percentage every time someone pays with digital assets.

It passes all 5 tests.

(That's why I went all in)

--

If you want to learn how I'm using this framework to build passive income from digital payments right now...

DM me "Ready" and I'll show you what I'm looking at.

Anyone who's ever been on a podcast is staring down a generational social reach opportunity with a short window, and so few people are capitalizing.

Right now, the X feed is dominated by short video clips paired with relevant captioning.

TBPN, Andreessen Horowitz, MyFirstMillion, and more companies are generating millions of impressions/week using this simple workflow that borderline feels like what'll be a short-lived algorithm hack (side note: Brandon Gorrell - I would kill to see the company's X analytics).

We started doing it for our X clients, and results followed suit.

All you need to do is:

1. Identify 0:45-3:00 portions of a podcast you want to highlight.

2. Use ClipsCutter or another tool to download just that section.

3. Pair it with descriptive copy that provides value while creating a strong enough curiosity gap to entice viewers to watch the video.

These are getting pushed like crazy.

P.S. I built a Claude Skill that identifies the clip sections and writes the copy for them, TBPN-style. Comment "CLIP" if you want it.

P.P.S. - if you're a founder or head of marketing who wants this for their founder, DM me and we'll get you some for free.

🚨 Breaking: Jensen Huang just shared the Nvidia’s ❤️ 103 AI NATIVES. And it's wild.

A few days ago, Jensen Huang presented a slide with 100+ “AI-native” companies.

Most people saw logos and then move on. That’s the mistake.

The slide is not just a list, but a map of how the AI economy is being built if you know how to read it.

So I did something different:

I decided to analise and reclassified all 103 companies from scratch by economic role in the AI value chain.

 I broke it down into:
 1. what AI-native companies really are
 2. how to read the map properly
 3. a full reclassification of all 103 startups
4. and the two areas you should really be paying attention to

The value is crazy for anyone building AI or investing right now.

BREAKING: 𝗨𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗜𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 🔥

He is building robots for the real world

After getting pushed out of Uber, Travis basically disappeared.

Now he is back with Atoms, a robotics company focused on food, mining, and transport.

While a lot of Silicon Valley is focused on:
- chat interfaces
- copilots
- humanoid robots

Travis is betting on something much simpler:
machines that do one painful, repetitive, expensive job at industrial scale.

I broke down:
- what Atoms actually is
- why specialized robotics may beat humanoids
- why humans may become even more valuable as automation expands
- 11 companies already building here
- 15 startup ideas still open

Spent the weekend vibe coding a parking 🅿️ management system with YOLO26 + Ultralytics… and I had too much fun.

The setup → real-time slot occupancy monitoring (occupied vs. available) running on the new NMS-free, end-to-end YOLO26 architecture.

The interesting part 👇
Busy lots are messy. Cars overlap slot lines. Drivers enter at weird angles. Sensors get confused but......YOLO26 didn't blink.

→ Accurate detection on partially occluded vehicles → Stable status updates on angled parking → Real-time inference, even on modest hardware → The DFL removal + STAL improvements make small/edge-case objects far more reliable than anything else

The gap between "weekend project" and "deployable POC" keeps shrinking.

What are employers really looking for in a candidate?

It’s not perfection.
It’s not a flawless CV.
And it’s rarely someone who ticks every single box.

Here’s what actually stands out.

A solution to a problem
Every hire is made for a reason. Growth. Gaps. Pressure. Change. The strongest candidates show they understand the problem - and explain clearly how they can help solve it.

Honesty
If you don’t know something, say so. If you’re developing a skill, own it. Credibility builds trust. Over-selling destroys it.

Enthusiasm
Energy matters. Not forced excitement - but genuine interest in the role, the company and the opportunity to contribute.

Authenticity
Hiring managers can sense rehearsed answers. The candidates who connect are the ones who are prepared but real.

Clarity
Can you explain what you do well in simple terms? Can you link your experience directly to their needs?

Momentum
Evidence that you take action, learn quickly and move things forward.

Most hiring decisions come down to one question:

Can I see this person adding value here?

If you can answer that clearly - you’re ahead of most applicants.

In your experience, what makes a candidate stand out?

P.S. If you’re currently preparing for interviews, I’ve put together a free interview guide covering the most common questions and how to structure strong answers. Message me directly if you’d like a copy.
