We're hiring for a Senior SEO Manager ($50k-$80k salary) Discovered Labs continues to grow fast and we're looking for another great person to join the team. Quick background: We help B2B companies win across SEO and AEO, working with $10m to $50m ARR companies. Our clients are names you see appear on LinkedIn every week. < Snapshot of what you'll be doing > * Own end-to-end roadmaps and performance for a portfolio of B2B client accounts - you're the directly responsible individual (DRI) * Lead SEO and AEO strategy alongside a team of specialists: audits, technical fixes, on-page optimisations, content direction, off-page presence * Monitor and report on organic performance across traditional search AND AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) < Ideal person for this role > * You have existing senior experience owning the bigger picture of organic performance - not just task execution * You like data. You dig into numbers to understand cause and effect, trends, and outlier variables * You have high agency. You see broken processes and fix them without being asked. * You're excited about the AI search shift - you believe Google and backlinks are important but no longer the full picture This is a fully remote role.
