Votre collecte de données en ligne est freinée par une chose que trop d’entreprises délaissent encore en cette fin 2025. Et je ne parle pas d’une absence de Server-Side ou de Enhanced Conversion. Je parle de la (bonne) mise conformité de votre site web. Et pas pour les raisons auxquelles vous pensez… … même si au niveau des clients que j’accompagne, je constate effectivement que la majorité n'est jamais vraiment 100% conforme. Mais je ne veux pas parler de ça aujourd’hui. Partons du principe que notre site web est parfaitement conforme au RGPD/Loi 25 etc. Et bien même dans cette éventualité, la majorité du temps le bandeau de consentement n’est presque jamais optimisé pour le marketing. Et cette erreur fait perdre en moyenne 30 à 50% de données brutes à l’entreprise. Le problème, c’est qu’on oublie que par définition, une CMP du point de vue marketing est un outil de décroissance. Donc mal optimisée, c’est une attribution des conversions qui est faussée, des volumes de données mois important pour nourrir les algos publicitaires et donc un temps plus long qui est nécessaire pour observer des résultats, aller chercher votre ROAS, CPA cible etc. Voici donc 5 points à valider dès maintenant sur votre bandeau de conformité pour checker son optimisation marketing: ❶ Un affichage Consent Wall Vous bloquez la navigation de vos internautes tant qu’ils n’ont pas fait un choix en matière de consentement. C’est ESSENTIEL. ❷ Une mécanique de refus dynamique L’affichage et l’emplacement du “Continuer sans accepter” est dynamiquement placé au bon endroit en fonction de la localisation de vos internautes ❸ Un CMP robuste et efficace Oubliez les CMP custom et les plugins gratuit. Une CMP est un outil indispensable qui implique un certain investissement (en moyenne, entre 10-30€/mois avec Axeptio ou Sirdata) ❹ Une personnalisation de marque Intégrez votre logo, vos couleurs de marque voire votre typographie. La CMP est le premier touchpoint de vos internautes avec votre site, rendons-là agréable! ❺ Un bon chargement de la CMP Mon conseil est de la charger avant TOUS les autres outils marketing en l’intégrant directement en dur sur votre site. Si un de ces points n’est pas validé, je vous encourage à revoir votre configuration au plus vite pour stopper l’hémorragie. Ensuite, contrôlez religieusement l’évolution de vos taux de consentement et taux opt-in pour valider le volume de consentements (et donc de données) incrémentales que vous collectez. Être conforme est (normalement) non négociable. Mais cela ne doit pas pour autant tuer votre marketing.
