I spent 17 minutes building an AI system that does what Justin Welsh's $10M funnel does. And it outperformed his entire setup in 48 hours. Here's what LinkedIn gurus won't tell you about "proven funnels": They're teaching you to build horse carriages while everyone else is driving Teslas. Justin's funnel is brilliant. For 2019. His newsletter strategy? Perfect. Before AI existed. His $2,880/hour coaching? Makes sense when automation was simple Zapier workflows. But , we're living in 2025. I took his exact funnel structure and rebuilt it with AI: → His 3-product pyramid? AI agent handles all tiers simultaneously → 200k email list? My AI qualifies 1,700 leads without sending a single spam email → 48% open rates? Try 73% when AI personalizes every touchpoint → $17,100 MRR from upsells? One client hit $32k in ONE WEEK Here's what actually matters: 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻'𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝘆: • Write 5 posts daily • Cross-post everywhere • Build email list for years • Hope for 150k impressions 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗮𝘆 (𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱): • AI tests 50 hook variations in seconds • Auto-publishes to 7 platforms • Qualifies leads BEFORE they hit your DMs • 987 comments on ONE post I'm not dissing Justin. The man's a legend. But copying his 2019 playbook in 2025 is like bringing a knife to a drone fight. My "too simple" 3-tool stack just processed 1,700 founders at Istanbul Slush'D. While you're studying his funnel... I'm building systems that replace entire agencies in 17 minutes. Want the ACTUAL playbook that works today? Drop a comment below this post and I'll send you: 1. My 3-tool AI stack blueprint 2. The exact prompts that generated $127k last quarter 3. Why complex funnels are dead (7-min video proof) P.S. Still following 2019 strategies? That's like using a flip phone because Nokia was successful. P.P.S. Repost if you want priority access!

I analyzed the top 3 creators making $1M/year and realized they're all doing the same thing wrong. Justin Welsh. Lara Acosta. Matt Lakajev. Combined revenue: $12M+ Combined mistake: They're still building funnels like it's 2019. Here's what nobody wants to admit: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 "𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻" 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀: • 200k email lists taking years to build • 38-post campaigns for a single launch • 1,058 calls to close 364 deals • Complex upsell sequences generating $17k MRR 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺: • AI qualifies leads before they enter the funnel • Zero manual posts - AI tests and publishes what works • 73% email open rates (not 48%) • One client: $32k in ONE WEEK I'm not saying they're failing. They're for sure crushing it. But they're crushing it the hard way. Justin's 3-product pyramid? My AI creates unlimited offers simultaneously. Lara's 38-post campaign? My AI generates 53 variations and picked the winner. Matt's 1,058 calls? My system pre-qualifies so you only talk to buyers. They're teaching you their old playbooks for $497. Meanwhile, I just processed 1,700 founders at an event with 3 tools. 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰: → More steps = more control → More content = more trust → More calls = more sales 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: → Fewer steps = higher conversion → Smarter content = instant trust → Better qualification = only quality calls Everyone's copying what worked but nobody's building what works NOW. Want the blueprint that's actually working in 2025? Comment below this post and I'll send you: • My 3-creator funnel teardown (what to steal, what to skip) • The exact AI system replacing their complex setups • Why million-dollar funnels are dead simple now P.S. Still building 47-step funnels is like still using a fax machine because it worked in 1995. P.P.S. Repost if you want priority access!

My brother and I tested 17 AI lead magnets. Only 3 actually booked calls. 3 total. Out of 17. Everyone's asking the same question: "Which AI should I use?" Here's what 82% failure rate taught me about AI lead generation: 1. Most AI lead magnet problems aren't AI problems. We thought our AI-generated guides weren't converting. Wrong. The real issue was that we were solving problems nobody actually had. One "Ultimate AI Toolkit" got 1,747 leads. Zero calls booked. People don't want more tools but they want specific, actionable solutions. 2. Your best performers benefit most from AI magnets. Sounds backward, but it's true. Our highest-converting lead magnet (16% booking rate) was our most advanced: "Replace Your $10k/month Agency in 17 Minutes." Beginners downloaded our "AI Basics Guide" but never booked. Pros who already understood AI crushed it with our advanced systems. 3. How you prepare your magnet matters more than which AI you use. We tested GPT-4, Claude, Gemini. Conversion difference? 0.3%. But when we changed our 47-page guide into a 7-minute video walkthrough? Bookings jumped 4x. 4. The biggest improvements came from talking to users. Not from copmetitor research. Not from AI suggestions. From DMs asking "How did you get 987 comments on one post?" That became our top converter. just listen to what people are literally asking you. 5. Simple should be your last resort. Just kidding. Simple should be your FIRST resort. Our "AI Funnel Mastery Course" (6 modules, 3 hours): 1 booking. Our "3-Tool Stack Blueprint" (one page): 127 bookings. We spent weeks perfecting the course. The blueprint took 20 minutes. 6. You don't need to be perfect to win. Magnet #7 had typos. Magnet #12 had a broken link for 3 days. Both outperformed our "perfect" lead magnets. because they solved real problems fast. Deliver value and people forgive imperfection. 7. AI productivity is nearly impossible to measure. Downloads? Easy to track. But which magnet led to our $32k client? No idea. They downloaded 4 different guides before booking. Attribution is nearly impossible 8. Many people are stuck in "idea paralysis" despite powerful tools. They have AI, tools and time but don't know what to build. My solution was that I tracked every question in my DMs for 7 days. Turned the top 3 into lead magnets. The 3 that actually worked: • "3-Tool AI Stack Blueprint" - 14 bookings • "Replace Your Agency in 17 Minutes" - 23 bookings • "987 Comments Breakdown" - 18 bookings The spectacular failures: Everything else. Including the one that took 3 weeks to build. Want to see the exact data from all 17 tests? Want my best-converting lead magnet framework? Comment "STEAL" and I'll send you my "Steal My Full 2025 Lead Magnet Funnel" which is the exact system we use to turn LinkedIn content into booked calls. (It's the one that actually converts, not the 50-page guide collecting dust) P.S. My brother still thinks magnet #9 should have worked. It didn't.

The clock is ticking on the billable hour. If AI makes you 40% faster, you earn 40% less. Increased efficiency without the evolution of your pricing will undermine the foundations of your business. --- You've probably felt this already. A first draft that took a day gets done in an hour. Research that consumed a week, by Tuesday. The work is better and it's quicker. Simon-Kucher, the global pricing consultancy, pulls no punches. They're calling it the "AI-Pocalypse" for professional services pricing. This isn't a future problem. Your clients can see it. Your competitors are adapting to it. --- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱. Your clients paid for the hour. They cared about the outcome. AI has collapsed the notion that more time equals more value. The time is less. The value is the same, in many cases higher. That's not a crisis. It's an advantage. If you change the model. --- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. Start by identifying where AI is already saving your team time. That's your signal. Then: 1. Pick the repeatable outcome (the thing clients keep buying) 2. Standardise the inputs (what you will and won't include) 3. Tier the offer (good / better / best) 4. Price on risk removed or revenue created --- What this looks like in practice: Take management reporting. A consultancy used to bill 20 hours a month on operational data. AI now handles the compilation and first-pass analysis in a fraction of the time. Old model: 20 hours x hourly rate = revenue that shrinks as you improve. New model: ✅ Core: Monthly operational dashboard + your interpretation of what it means, fixed fee ✅ Plus: Add a quarterly strategic review with recommendations you own ✅ Premium: Add ad-hoc analysis on demand + direct access to your senior team The tiers escalate on judgment, impact, and value. Each level adds more of what AI cannot do: your read on the numbers, your experience, your client relationships. The scope is clear. The value is priced. The faster you deliver, the more profitable it gets. --- Command your premium. Amplify judgment, expertise, and relationships. The time AI gives back is an opportunity. Reinvest it into the work that earns the premium: your judgment, your client relationships, your expertise. Those are the things a tool will never replace. --- Every service business will face this question. Not whether to move, but when. Businesses that get on the front foot have the opportunity to set the terms of engagement. To deploy AI while others are still thinking about it. And on terms that make sense to them. --- What's the one service you could productise this month? If you'd like my 1-page productisation checklist, comment PRODUCTISE and I'll send it over. ♻️ Repost if you found this insightful. Follow Tom Jones for more on AI and workflow redesign.

15 years in telecom operations taught me one thing: The tools aren't the problem. The handoffs are. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘀𝗮𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: - Provisioning delayed because systems didn't sync - Customer complaints because status updates were manual - Escalations because no one owned the middle steps - Good people producing bad outcomes because of bad systems Same problems. Every company. Different industry labels. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁. And started fixing those problems for other companies. Last quarter alone: - E-commerce company: Order confirmations now send in 30 seconds (was 6 hours) - Professional services: Invoice processing 16 hours → 2 hours per month - B2B SaaS: Lead response time 14 hours → 8 minutes 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: I don't approach automation as a technologist. I approach it as someone who lived inside broken operations for 15 years. I know where information gets lost (handoffs). I know why good people fail (bad systems). I know what makes processes stick (ownership). The tools are new. The problems are familiar. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸: Two companies weren't ready to start. One was perfect (clear problem, measurable pain, ready to change). We start Monday. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆: You can describe your biggest operational bottleneck in one sentence. You know what it costs in time/money. You're willing to change how things work. I've got 2 slots open this month. 90-minute process audit. We'll map what's broken and build a roadmap to fix it.

Faran Memon had an idle LinkedIn profile for 7 months. 14 days later: $10K in closed deals. We did it with the same audience and without ads. Most founders obsess over growing followers. Faran focused on conversions instead. His follower count? Stayed exactly the same. His revenue? Exploded. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 $𝟭𝟬𝗞: 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲: "Book a growth conversation" 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿: "Want an extra $10K/month?" → Result-based CTAs convert 4x better 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲: Generic banner with his face 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿: Contrasting colors pointing to featured section → Visual hierarchy that actually directs traffic 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲: Direct calendar link 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿: Landing page → VSL → Two-step opt-in → Friction removal = 3x more booked calls 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲: 5 different links in featured section 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿: Only 2 clear paths (free training + book a call) → Simplicity beats options every single time 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: While everyone's posting more content, Faran built: • Free community (126 members now consuming daily) • Email nurture sequence from lead magnet • VSL that pre-qualifies before calls Result of a couple weeks ago: 42 sales calls. $34K revenue collected. Same profile optimization framework. Just kept running. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳: Creators spending $5K/month on ghostwriters... When their profile converts like garbage. You're driving traffic to a broken funnel. Fix your profile first. Then worry about content. Want Farhan's exact profile transformation? Comment "PROFILE" below and I'll send you: → 15-minute breakdown video of every change we made → My transformation report with 10+ client profile makeovers → The exact VSL funnel Faran uses (converts at 23%) → Faran's landing page templates that book 5-7 calls weekly → The exact psychology behind Faran's profile I'll send you the complete breakdown - banner templates, VSL scripts, landing page structure. P.S. - Faran's Dutch. This works in any language, any niche. Stop making excuses. Here's a list of our results on one page: https://lnkd.in/eiMw8s4T ♻️ Repost and I'll DM you my "Profile Audit Checklist" - the same 27-point system I use to spot $10K+ in missed revenue on any LinkedIn profile

From hacking my high school grades to hacking LinkedIn's algorithm (the pattern I can't unsee) At 17, I hacked my grades. At 24, I'm hacking LinkedIn. Same energy, legal results. The pattern? Systems always have exploits. You just need to find them. Back then: Changed F's to C's in the school database. Now: Turn 100 views into 987 comments. Both times I noticed the same thing: Everyone follows the rules blindly. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁: Teachers trusted the system. One SQL injection later, I passed. (Don't try this. Seriously.) 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁 #1: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸 Everyone writes "Great post!" I write "Comment YES for the guide" 987 comments. 43 calls booked. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁 #2: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸 Everyone lists achievements. I write "I help you [specific result]" Profile views → DMs → Calls. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁 #3: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸 Everyone posts at 8am. I post when my audience scrolls. Same content. 3x engagement. The pattern is always there: 1. Find where everyone follows the crowd 2. Test the opposite 3. Scale what works My clients used these "exploits." • $30k in 14 days. • 1.6k followers. €8k closed. • 43 calls from 1 post • 7 calls after working together for 7 days Systems want you to play by their rules. But the real wins come from finding the gaps. What "rules" are you still following? P.S. My high school eventually caught me. LinkedIn hasn't. Yet. 😅

I write "Comment YES for the guide" 987 comments. 43 calls booked.
