This simple workflow scored us a meeting with a multi-trillion-dollar company. I have 13,000 LinkedIn connections. I had no idea what they were worth until I built this. Last weekend, a friend told me his process for creating a 9-figure deal. His process? Manually scanning his network every single day. Sending one email at a time. Keeping track of relationships in his head. We built an AI deal sourcer that does all of this automatically. In less than an hour. And I don't know how to code. Here's what it actually does: 1. Scans all 13,000 LinkedIn connections, 2 years of Google Calendar history, every Gmail thread, every CRM record, every sales call we've had as a company. 2. Cross-references that against our company goals, ICP, and real-time triggers like funding rounds and executive hires. 3. Surfaces the top companies I should be targeting with specific angles and warm intro paths. For Amazon, it told me to lead with "the SEO company that grew Amazon's business to $5M" and target their decentralized business units. Funny enough, we're already in talks with one of those units and they want SEO. The angle was spot on. For Anthropic, it scored 85/100. They're growing like crazy. I have 15 connections there and 8 meetings in the past 2 years. It drafted the outreach for me. It even found a Google contact who went to middle school with me. The tool pulls from competitive dynamics, conference speaking opportunities, partnership angles, podcast collaborations. It drafts the messages. It suggests retargeting sequences. They say your net worth is your network. But most of us build relationships and never systematically figure out what to do with them. I built this with Claude Code in Cursor using natural language. No coding. Just telling it what I wanted. What relationships are you sitting on right now that could turn into your biggest deal? Btw if you want more on AI, business, and marketing, just comment 'newsletter' and we'll send more revenue-generating stuff to you.

OpenClaw works. Your setup doesn’t (yet). Every person I talk to is excited about OpenClaw. “We have 10 agents.” “14 agents.” “An agent for everything.” Cool. How do they remember what happened yesterday? Silence. That’s the gap. And it’s huge. In a few weeks of running this in production at Single Grain, our agent system: Revived multiple stalled deals via agent-led follow-ups (including meetings with a multi-trillion-dollar company and several multi-billion-dollar companies) Cut internal decision latency from days → minutes Shipped more output with fewer humans $45K of pSEO work in ~20 minutes $50K of copywriting work in ~45 minutes and shipped Increased revenue leverage per employee by offloading judgment-heavy prep work to agents None of this happened because the agents were “smarter.” It happened because the infrastructure stopped them from forgetting, conflicting, or stalling. Agents are easy. Systems are hard. Any developer can spin up an agent in a weekend. What’s not a weekend project: making agents remember decisions across days and weeks making multiple agents share intelligence without a human router letting a CEO control the system from a phone between meetings So we built the infrastructure most teams skip: Persistent memory outside the model (near-zero decision loss) Shared priorities across all agents Feedback loops so agents learn from approvals/rejections Voice → priority → agent action in seconds Low-friction decisions (approve/reject/edit) from the phone The uncomfortable truth: The moat isn’t the agents. The moat is the infrastructure that lets them compound judgment over time. If your AI agents look great in demos but don’t move revenue in production, this is why. Build the plumbing. The plumbing is the product. The screenshot below is a 'mission control' dashboard that connects all of this together. Comment 'dashboard' if you want the prompt to create this and I'll send it over. Make sure we are connected, otherwise we can't send it.
