In 2022, ChatGPT dropped & I saw what was coming before most people did. I stopped doing marketing for businesses and started installing A.I tools that do it for them. Chatbots that handle customer support. Voice agents that answer phones and book appointments. Automation systems that save 20+ hours a week. These tools cost $100/month but I charge $5k-$20k to install them. The A.I does the work for me, I just set it up. My A.I business made over $1M without owning any A.I tools… Here’s how you can start yours in 2026: 1- Find a common problem all businesses have (e.g. need more customers) 2- Go to AI Acquisition and find an existing tool that solves that problem (e.g. Instantly.AI generates leads for businesses) 3- Go to apollo.io and find companies with 1-20 employees 4- Use ChatGPT to write an email explaining how you can make them more money using A.I 5- Charge $2,000+ and a $500/mo retainer to install Instantly.AI into their business 6- Hire a VA from onlinejobs.ph for $250/mo to do it for you (you just pocket the difference) 7- Sell more tools to the same business or sell the same tool to more businesses “But why would they pay $2,000+ for such a simple solution?” Because business owners don’t know WHAT tools they need… You’re paid for knowing what solves their problem and connecting them to that tool… This year alone… → I retired my wife → Set up a trust fund for our newborn son → Flew my parents out whenever I want → Helping build schools in Kenya where my wife is from But what’s crazy is we’re still early on this opportunity… You don’t have to be a genius and you don’t have to be technical. You just have to be willing to take a bet on yourself & learn how it works. If you want to learn exactly how to start an A.I implementation business… DM me “AIGP” and I’ll show you how.

A founder DM'd me yesterday and said: "Sheza, I've been posting on LinkedIn for 3 months but I’ve got no luck yet in terms of business results. Is this even worth it?" I told him what I tell everyone: LinkedIn is NOT instant gratification. It's not the "post once, get 10 clients" fantasy some people sell. There will be weeks where your posts get 40 views. Where your DMs stay empty. Where you question if anyone even sees what you're creating. But here's what I know after building Focus Solutions and working with 20+ clients across real estate, wellness, SaaS, and coaching: The ones who stay consistent? They win. My clients' results: 1. Real estate CEO: 400 followers → 6,200 followers, closed $1.8M deal from LinkedIn connection (6 months) 2. Wellness coach: "I help people feel better" → "I help burned-out executives reclaim 15 hours/week" — 340% revenue increase (90 days) 3. B2B SaaS founder: Featured in TechCrunch + Inc., closed $250K enterprise deal from LinkedIn (5 months) 4. Sales leader: 800 followers → 6,400 followers, featured in Sales Hacker, closed $180K deal from a DM (4 months) 5. Coaching client: Positioned from generic "life coach" → category authority, now gets 8-12 qualified inbound leads monthly Will I take credit for all of it? No. Because results depend on variables I can't control: → How willing you are to share real stories (not just wins) → How brave you are to show your face (not hide behind a logo) → How much you trust the process when it feels like nothing's working  → How active YOU are in conversations (not just posting and ghosting) → How open you are to positioning that makes you stand out (not blend in) I've had clients refuse to share their photos. Others won't tell personal stories. Some want results but won't do outreach. Then they wonder why their brand isn't growing. Hear me out: Building a personal brand that converts isn't just about posting. It's about positioning, consistency, and patience. The worst thing you can do? Quit at month 3. Because that's exactly when things start to shift. Anyone can build "a brand." But a revenue-generating personal brand? That takes strategy, positioning, and someone who won't quit when it gets hard. P.S. Are you building a brand that gets you noticed, or a brand that gets you paid? P.P.S. If you're ready to build a positioning strategy that actually converts, DM me "READY." Let's talk.

We turned down three clients last month. Not because we're too busy. Because the projects were set up to fail. Here's what we look for in discovery calls that makes us walk away: Red Flag 1: "We want to automate everything" Translation: No clear diagnosis. No prioritization. Just hype and hope. Voice AI works when you solve one expensive problem first. Not ten problems at once. Red Flag 2: "Our processes are unique" Every business thinks this. Most are wrong. If you can't describe your workflow in simple terms, the AI won't handle it either. Red Flag 3: "Can we start next week?" Speed without strategy is expensive. The clients who rush implementation are the same ones who blame the technology when it fails. Red Flag 4: "We don't track our current call metrics" No data means no baseline. No baseline means you'll never know if the AI actually worked. If you can't measure the problem now, you can't prove we solved it. Red Flag 5: "What's your lowest price?" Wrong question. Price-driven buyers become difficult clients who don't value expertise. They want cheap. We deliver ROI. Those priorities don't align. Why we do this: Taking the wrong client costs us twice. Once in wasted engineering. Again in reputation when it fails. We'd rather turn down revenue than deploy a system destined to break. The businesses we work with? They have clear problems, realistic timelines, and measurable outcomes. Those projects succeed. The rest become case studies for what not to do. These red flags cost us enough pain that we built a scoring system. It evaluates your business against the same criteria we use in discovery calls. Shows you if voice AI is ready for you or if you need to fix workflows first. Connect with me and comment "READY" below, and I'll send you the tool.

“𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐈… 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐭.” . . A few days back, I was talking to a business owner who looked overwhelmed. ❌Not because his business was failing. ✔️But because marketing suddenly felt too fast. He said: “𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥, 𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩. 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐮𝐩.” So, I introduced him to a concept that is quietly reshaping digital marketing today. . . Not another tool. Not another trend. A smarter way to work. 🔥- AI Agents AI agents are not tools. ❌ They’re digital workers. ✔ You give them a task…..and they do it automatically. Every day - Without reminders. They can: ✔ refresh old pages ✔ research topics ✔ manage content ✔ post on social media ✔ send daily reports & more ❌ You don’t use an AI agent. You delegate to it. ✔ That’s the shift. The Example That Made It Click..... I told him: “Imagine hiring someone who: – checks your SEO daily – fixes issues – finds new ideas – updates your content – sends you a summary And they do it perfectly, every single day. ................... That’s an AI agent.” He paused and said: “So AI isn’t replacing marketers… it’s replacing manual work.” ✔ Exactly..... that's the reality. Want an AI agent for you, that works even while you sleep???…. 👉 DM me and let’s connect. If this helped you understand AI agents, 🔁 Repost this so others can get clarity too. “I hate that my revenue depends on other people remembering to refer me.” Someone told me that recently. Not a beginner. Not a struggling operator. A top-tier expert who delivers work that CEOs rave about. And yet, that sentence captured a truth almost nobody in this space admits: Your pipeline is controlled by people who aren’t even thinking about you. Not because they don’t value you. But because they’re busy. Distracted. Focused on their own fires. And relying on their memory… is not a business strategy. It’s a vulnerability. The real frustration isn’t a “lead problem.” It’s this: You’ve built predictability for everyone except yourself. You stabilize their cash flow. You clean up their chaos. You help them forecast with confidence. Meanwhile, your own work-life swings between: • momentum • silence • “hope someone remembers me again.” That gap between your competence and your consistency? That’s the part that eats at you. Let’s call the issue what it is: Referrals are a reward, not a growth system You can’t plan around them. You can’t scale them. And you definitely can’t build pricing power on top of them. So what do operators do? They wait. They hope. They refresh their inbox instead of owning their demand. Here’s the truth high-performing operators eventually figure out: You don’t rise by doing better work. You rise by controlling where your demand comes from. There are only three sources: 1. Referrals — (Appreciation, not predictability) Warm? Yes. Valuable? Yes. Controllable? No. Rely on referrals alone and you’re gambling with your runway. 2. Outbound — Only works when positioning is sharp If your message isn’t painfully clear, outbound becomes: • chasing • convincing • justifying Outbound amplifies clarity it can’t create it. 3. Inbound — The only system that compounds Inbound is the engine nobody talks about because it takes intention. But it’s the quiet superpower behind: • CEOs DM’ing you after reading one post • Founders pre-sold on your thinking before a single call • People quoting your insights in meetings you’re not in • Opportunities you didn’t chase Inbound is demand built on judgment, not volume. It’s how experts become unavoidable. Here’s the irony: You help others eliminate volatility. But the source of your own revenue is: - random - inconsistent - and dependent on timing you can’t influence. That’s not a talent issue. It’s an engine issue. And once you see that, you can’t unsee it. A question worth sitting with: If referrals stopped tomorrow… Would your business remain calm or collapse? Be honest. Your answer is the diagnosis. P.S. I build inbound engines for operators who refuse to let their career depend on luck or memory. DM “ENGINE” if you want the breakdown tailored to your niche.

"How do we turn our growing pile of tools into one system that actually runs the business?" This is the work we do with teams before we ever open Notion - because Notion only works when it reflects a real operating system, not a pile of pages. Here’s the 4-step process we use with clients: 1️⃣ Audit reality (no judgment, just truth) List every tool you’re using: email, chat, PM, docs, spreadsheets, CRM, finance, etc. For each one, ask: - What do we actually use this for? - What breaks when it doesn’t get updated? - Who owns it? This immediately reveals overlaps, gaps, and the classic “we hate this, but we’re stuck with it” tools. 2️⃣ Map the real workflows On a whiteboard or doc, map what actually happens: - Lead → client → project → invoice → cash - How work shows up → how it moves → how it’s closed No tools yet. Just reality. (If the map feels messy, that’s not a failure - it’s the signal.) 3️⃣ Define single sources of truth For each core object, choose one place that is the truth: - Clients - Jobs / projects - Tasks - Money / key numbers Everything else should feed into or out of these - not compete with them. We believe Notion is your best option for all of these. 4️⃣ Design role-based views, then implement For each role (owner, ops, PM, admin), define: - What do they need to see daily? - What decisions do they make? - What do they own? Then build dashboards and workflows around those answers - not around the default views your current tools happen to offer. Only after these four steps do we touch: - Workspace architecture - Automations - Migrations The outcome? - Fewer tools, fewer costs - Clear ownership - One operating system instead of a pile of apps This 4-step approach is the backbone of what we build at Notion Providers - turning operational chaos into a single, reliable Notion workspace that teams actually run on. If you need help implementing this for your business, schedule a meeting with us using the link in the comments - and we'll help you get it done 😉

Everyone wants 25-30 calls/mo from LinkedIn. Nobody wants to put in the work required 👇 1️⃣ Build relationships before you need them The math is simple: → Add 200 targeted people per week → ~100 will accept → In a few weeks: 1,000+ warm connections When you're ready to sell, you're not pitching strangers. You're messaging people who already know your name. 2️⃣ Make your profile stupidly clear You have 3 seconds to pass the "blink test." If someone can't understand what you do in 7 words, they're bouncing. Wrong: "Business consultant helping companies grow" Right: "Helping SaaS founders book 20+ demos/month through LinkedIn | DM 'LEADS' for my free outreach playbook" Your profile is a landing page, not a CV. 3️⃣ Post content that builds trust The mix that works: → 60% problem-solving content for your niche → 25% personal/behind-the-scenes → 15% thought leadership Case studies > motivational quotes. Screenshots of results > theory. Consistency > perfection. 4️⃣ Create free resources that capture leads High-converting lead magnets: → Checklists ("20-point GTM audit") → Scorecards ("Rate your GTM process") → Templates ("Cold DM scripts that book 5+ calls/week") Put the CTA in your bio, banner, featured section, and every post. 5️⃣ Start weekly value emails Don't call it a "newsletter." Sounds like a commitment (ew). Call it "Weekly SaaS Growth Insights" or "[Industry] Success Blueprint." → Repurpose your best LinkedIn content → Make it more in-depth than the post → Add one soft CTA at the end Works like a charm. 6️⃣ Be helpful in DMs first Before you launch, focus purely on helping. → Offer genuine advice → Share free resources → Ask about their challenges → Get their goddamn email address → Make referrals when you can't help directly Build status through generosity. If you've done all of the above well: → 25-30 discovery calls booked/mo → 5-10 serious prospects → 2-5 high-ticket clients to start Steps 1-6 take effort. But they make step 7 actually work. Everyone wants the results. Nobody wants to put in the work. Be the "nobody." Agree?

We're stealing the McDonalds playbook to get rich with AI. McDonald's streamlined the process of fast food. Every part of the process was optimised. & the process was so effective, they then gave it to others to replicate. Since then, they've consistently been one of the biggest companies in the world. We're doing the same with AI in marketing. My second marketing agency hit $197k/mo in 11 months. From this success, we started to build repeatable systems on what works. The best way to reach out to companies cold. The best way to run ads. The best way to sell to these companies. The best delivery processes, from onboarding to yearly contract renewals. But we kept running into the same issues: Even though we had repeatable processes for all of these parts of a business, we still had to manually carry them out. Until AI came in... & we turned every single repeatable, proven process we have into AI Agents. From Lead Generation, to Ads, to Content, to Sales Pitches. We even trained an AI on thousands of hours of calls from our executives and created an "AI consultant" for the more nuanced business constraints. We knew we were onto something, and started offering all of these AI Agents as a full package to people... It worked. More than we imagined. And we think of ourselves as optimists. The stats: $308,960 average cash collected by our clients. $18,105 average monthly revenue of our clients. $3,752 average monthly retainer our clients charge. The best part is, the same way you get clients (with the AI Agents) is the same thing you sell to clients (implementing the AI Agents for them). Find out more about this, and if you qualify to join us, by simply DMing me "AIGP" Now here's something most "gurus" won't do: DISCLAIMER: In a survey of over 660 businesses with over 100 responding, business owners averaged $18,105 in monthly revenue after implementing our system. All testimonials shown are real, but do not claim to represent typical results. Any success depends on many variables, which are unique to each individual, including commitment and effort. Testimonial results are meant to demonstrate what the most dedicated students have done and should not be considered average. AI Acquisition makes no guarantee of any financial gain from the use of its products!

It’s possible to make an extra $2,000/mo using A.I Agents AND still work your job. But it’s not just for people in tech. Follow this blueprint to weaponize your corporate insights to build an A.I side hustle: It's safe to say, the A.I gold rush is here. Everyone's talking about the millions that will be made building A.I Agents. But no-one's talking about the millions that will be made just from re-selling existing A.I Agents. Let me explain: There are millions of boring businesses who want to use A.I but have no idea how. Accounting firms IT companies Realtors Marketing agencies This is where I come in as the "middleman" I go to AI Acquisition and use the AI SDR to act as a customer support agent. I hire a VA for $250 to install it into my client's business. I charge a $5,000 set-up fee and a $2,000/mo retainer. They potential help decrease their human customer support agent, while increasing their customer support capacity as a whole. I don't just install customer support agents either. Inside AI Acquisition you can use: AI Ad Writer -> Copywriting. AI SDR inside -> Outbound sales reps. AI Consultant -> Actual (always expensive powerpoint makers) consultants. Here's how I would land my first client in the next 90 days: Day 1–7: Pick my niche Pick a boring industry where A.I. can save time or money. ✅ Real estate agents ✅ Medical clinics ✅ Law firms ✅ Home services (plumbers, roofers, HVAC) All of these have repetitive admin tasks that A.I. can automate. Day 8–14: Build my offer Go to AI Acquisition and pick an A.I. Agent for my niche. Package my service: → $5,000 set-up fee → $2,000/mo support retainer → "We save you X hours + $Y/month using A.I." Day 15–45: Book my first 20 sales calls Use our Automatic AI Lead Scraper at AI Acquisition to find CEOs and Founders on LinkedIn. Send 35 connects per day and DM something like this: "Saw you run a [niche] business. We help you save X hours/mo and $Y/mo with A.I Agents. Want me to show you how it works?" Day 45–90: Close & deliver ✅ Close my first $5,000 client ✅ Hire a VA to install the agent ✅ Upsell more tools over time (1x client can pay $10k+) This is the business model in a nutshell. I started my A.I Agency 2 years ago. Since then, we've hit multiple $1,000,000 months and we're still growing. Want to learn how you can start your A.I business? 1) Follow my page 2) DM me "AIGP" and let's chat.

They had automation running. The work was still out of control. This is one of the most common things I find during an audit. The process is moving. Files are being created, steps are being triggered, notifications are going out. And the team is still chasing. Still unsure of what is actually complete. Still managing exceptions manually because nobody can see which part of the workflow is holding things up. Movement without control looks like progress. It is not. A workflow that moves without giving the team visibility into its current state creates a specific kind of exhaustion. Not the exhaustion of too much work. The exhaustion of too much uncertainty about the work that is already in motion. This is the audit lesson that keeps repeating across every firm I work with. Movement is not the same as control. A task triggered is not a task completed. A document received is not a document ready. A step passed is not a step done correctly. The teams that build real operational control are not the ones with the most automation. They are the ones whose workflow tells them, at any moment, exactly what state the work is in and what is blocking it from moving. That visibility is what separates a calm operation from a busy one. Before asking what to automate next, the more useful question is: can the team see, right now, what is actually happening in the workflow, and do they know what to do about it? If the answer is no, automation is not the next step. Visibility is. I put together a free 5-question AI Workflow Gap Diagnostic that helps you find exactly where your workflow is moving without giving you control. Comment AUDIT below and I will send it directly.

𝐂'𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐣'𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐜 𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐞́𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐬 : 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐞 𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐝𝐞́𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐞́𝐞𝐬.
