I built an AI content engine that generates consistently $2M+ monthly pipeline from LinkedIn - without a single marketing hire. If you're still treating AI like a dumb content generator, you're leaving millions on the table. In this post I will teach you how I use Claude to write LinkedIn posts that generate over 1M monthly impressions consistently and millions in monthly pipeline. Most people treat LLMs like vending machines - throw in a prompt, get output, move on. But after hundreds of LinkedIn posts and over 10M impressions in 2025, I've learned what actually works. And it's not better prompts. It's better context engineering. My context engineering runs on three layers: past conversations, reusable knowledge, and instructions. Conversations: running inside a dedicated Claude Project means Claude can access our previous work without cross-contamination from unrelated threads - every conversation compounds the context, and Claude picks up gems from posts we've already refined together. Reusable Knowledge: I build (using Claude) reusable knowledge as "skills" - my content pillars, brand voice, example posts etc. So instead of dumping everything into every prompt, Claude pulls only what's relevant to the task at hand. The more skills Claude has, the better it gets (which is the opposite if it's in the prompt). Instructions: My instructions are optimized for Human+AI collaboration, not generic LLM output. First, I force Claude to think creatively before responding, then follow an opinionated collaborative workflow (attached below), and finally ensure that it extracts the right human feedback from me at the right time. Caveat: this system generates 1M+ impressions monthly and drives millions in pipeline - but only because I have a point of view worth amplifying. Remember - without something original to say, the best architecture in the world just produces polished noise. Want the full guide - my exact instructions, skill templates, and collaborative workflow? Comment "engine". I know, I know - the comment thing. Algorithm's gonna algorithm. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Play along and I'll make it worth your time. (Connect first if we're not already)

This AI replaces your $300K/year marketing team. $90K/month, 30M+ views, 0 content team. Just this system running on autopilot. -- Most people use AI to write content. This AI watches your competitors 24/7, steals their best ideas, and publishes them in YOUR voice before they even post. It's not a writing tool. It's a competitive intelligence network that turns espionage into content. -- Here's what it does: 1️⃣ Competitor Surveillance Engine — Monitors LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter. Captures viral content the second it breaks. 2️⃣ Pattern Extraction AI — Analyzes what's working and why. Data, not guesses. 3️⃣ Voice Cloning System — Rewrites competitor insights in your tone. Not generic AI slop. 4️⃣ Visual Generation Studio — Creates scroll-stopping carousels and graphics using GPT-1.5. 5️⃣ Multi-Platform Publisher — Auto-posts across 5 platforms simultaneously. Zero manual work. -- I built this after watching competitors post gold while my team burned out "brainstorming." So I reverse-engineered their entire operation. Results: → 30M+ views → $500K+ pipeline → 30 hours saved/week Your competitors do the research. You take the results. -- The Complete Package: ✅ Competitor Surveillance Protocol ✅ Voice Cloning Prompt Stack ✅ Multi-Platform Publishing Workflow ✅ Visual Generation Templates Want it? 1️⃣ Connect with me 2️⃣ Comment "GRAVITY" + repost (Closing public access in 48 hours - then it moves to client-only vault)

Most newsletters sit at 1,000 subscribers forever. I turned mine into 47 sales calls in 30 days. Most newsletters collect emails and stop there. Subscribers pile up but pipeline stays flat. The problem isn't your content. It's what happens after someone subscribes. Alex Lindahl broke this down in a recent webinar. Here's the system that actually converts: 1. Use Two Newsletter Platforms Capture signups wherever people prefer. ☑︎ Host on beehiiv for API access. ☑︎ Mirror on Substack for reach. ☑︎ Sync both into one system. 2. Use LinkedIn as Top of Funnel LinkedIn drives newsletter discovery. ☑︎ Post practical, niche examples. ☑︎ Teach real use cases. ☑︎ Add newsletter links softly. 3. Connect Beehiiv to Clay Automate subscriber intake and routing. ☑︎ Send new signups into Clay. ☑︎ Centralize all subscriber data. ☑︎ Prepare leads for enrichment. 4. Enrich Every Subscriber Turn emails into real profiles. ☑︎ Find LinkedIn profiles. ☑︎ Extract company and role. ☑︎ Convert personal to work emails. 5. Segment Subscribers with AI Group subscribers by real personas. ☑︎ Categorize job titles. ☑︎ Identify ICP patterns. ☑︎ Generate personalization inputs. 6. Write Human Openers with AI Personalization starts the conversation. ☑︎ Reference real LinkedIn posts. ☑︎ Match persona context. ☑︎ Increase acceptance rates. 7. Import Leads into La Growth Machine Move enriched leads into your outreach system. ☑︎ Export selected leads from Clay. ☑︎ Choose Email Sequencers format. ☑︎ Include AI fields as custom attributes. 8. Convert Relationships to Pipeline Turn connections into real conversations. ☑︎ Import enriched leads into LGM. ☑︎ Run human-like sequences. ☑︎ Share relevant resources first. 9. Let the System Compound Each signup increases future reach. ☑︎ Audience growth boosts reach. ☑︎ Engagement increases visibility. ☑︎ Pipeline compounds over time. Subscribers become leads. Leads become conversations. Conversations become pipeline. Stop collecting emails. Start converting them. Want access to the workflow template? Snowflake added $900M in ARR in 2024. 60% of that came from SDRs. Here’s what their outbound team is doing differently, and how you can apply it, even if you’re not a $4B company. Most companies are doing outbound backwards. They blast cold lists and wonder why conversion rates suck. They chase leads instead of accounts. They run sales, SDR, and marketing as separate teams fighting over the same accounts. Snowflake figured out something different. 1. SDRs Mostly Work Warm Accounts No cold lists. They wait until an account engages with ads, the website, or content before doing outreach. Result? ✅ 36% meeting rate on ABM accounts (vs 10% on non-ABM). You can do this too: - Run ads or webinars to warm accounts - Track website visits - Trigger outreach after clear intent 2. Real-Time Scoring Every 2 Hours Data from Outreach updates every 2 hours. Leads are re-scored and reprioritized automatically. No more chasing stale leads. Their CRM is alive. You can do this too: - Refresh firmographic + intent data weekly (ZoomInfo, Clay) - Auto-score accounts based on real engagement - Focus reps only on the hot stuff 3. One GTM Team. One Funnel. Sales, SDR, and Marketing operate as ONE unit. No MQL drama. No silos. No lead funnel. Just 1 account funnel. They share one playbook: → Collaboration → Activation → Optimization You can do this too: - Agree on ONE list of accounts - Align on roles (warm, contact, close) - Run weekly GTM standups 4. Action Boards Over Dashboards Reps don’t scroll dashboards. They log in and see: “Call these 5 accounts. Here’s why. Here’s what to say.” You can do this too: - Build boards with: recent activity + account name + message suggestions - Make it stupid simple. No digging. Just action. 5. Generative AI = Faster Ramp, More Meetings 300 SDRs. 200 new hires per year. They use GenAI to write better messages, fast. AI-assisted reps are doubling meeting rates. You can do this too: - Use ChatGPT or Perplexity to research and write - Plug it into onboarding to help reps ramp faster ⸻ Curious how Snowflake scaled outbound to $4B ARR? I wrote a detailed breakdown of exactly how they did it. Want the full playbook? - Like this post - Comment "outbound," - If we're not connected yet, hit the connect button so I can DM you. Need it faster? DM me "outbound" and you'll get the breakdown today, plus 4 other company breakdowns as a bonus. And yes, I always send it, even if it takes me hours.

Didn't expect this: Claude is taking over my network. 561 responses. Here's what they use each tool for: 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲: Coding, copywriting, SEO, heavy lifting, structured tasks, design, Excel work, long-form content (mentioned by 18 people) 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶: Research, deep research, image generation (Nano Banana), Google Workspace integration, personal writing, tone work, day-to-day tasks (mentioned by 16 people) 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧: History/memory from past use, trained custom GPTs, general chat, images, still default for many due to habit (mentioned by 12 people, though several noted they're moving away from it) 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆: Research, current news, cited sources (mentioned by 4 people) While the absolute numbers are small, they're perfectly in line with the narrative and highlight a trend. Key insight from comments: Most power users combine 2-3 tools based on task type rather than picking one. The consensus is shifting away from ChatGPT toward Claude + Gemini combos. This was the sign I needed to get proficient on Claude. I still bet on Gemini long-term, but the market has spoken: professionals prefer Claude now. So I started my Claude journey. Friday. Here's my approach (same I used for Gemini):  → Glossary first (all key terms)  → Prompting guidelines from the Claude team  → Every free Anthropic educational video  → Build a prompt database with concrete examples Level 2: Advanced skills + Claude Cowork for non-techies (Next week) Any recommendation of great educational content is welcome! So far, collected every link (video, tutorials, substack) I used and all my learning in my Notion Nothing you can't find online, but a well-organized selection of information (see content in pin comment) Happy to share the content you're going through the same switch → drop a comment.

Jamais. I've lost count of how many agencies lose pitches because they never talked to their client's target audience. Here's the problem: Traditional user research takes 6-8 weeks and costs $5k+. Most agencies can't afford that time or budget before a pitch. So they guess. And hope they're right. I just got access to Articos - software that lets you interview virtual users and test landing pages in 30 minutes. These aren't "chatbots" - they're AI personas trained on thousands of real interviews with actual decision-makers. Before pitching a SaaS client, I interviewed 10 virtual IT directors about their frustrations with current tools. In 30 minutes, I learned: - Which pain points actually matter - What value props resonate vs fall flat - The exact language decision-makers use - What messaging confuses vs converts Then I tested 3 headline variations on their landing page with virtual CMOs. One outperformed the others by a mile! I showed up to the pitch with customer-backed insights instead of assumptions. The client said it was the most informed pitch they'd seen. Boom! This isn't a replacement for full research. It's directional validation so you stop guessing. More Use cases that just come to my mind: - Interview virtual CMOs or brand directors - Test client landing pages before review - Validate ICPs when target is unclear - Find messaging problems before they cost you No recruiting. No scheduling. Always-on personas you can reuse. I'm still testing this, but if you're pitching soon and want to see how I used it, DM me and I'll walk you through my workflow. Everyone's talking about Clawdbot + Claude Cowork KILLING outreach This week we tested both and the results were shocking 487 qualified leads in less that 5 minutes... [Drop 'AI' below for the workflows] But, I couldn't use Clawdbot [Moltbot] or Claude Cowork to do it ↳They were both too 'clunky' and kept hallucinating →I had to rely on Apollo. My consensus on the new tools = It's all hype. Hype is a real thing, and when you work in sales, you can't rely on hype. We don't have time to waste on 'TESTING' tools, we need tools that work. We need a platform that's proven to work, used by millions and delivers results. Just like you, we used to spend hours manually searching for customers →Asking ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini →Scrolling LinkedIn →Tweaking Filters →Exporting CSVs Now, we build fully qualified prospect lists before my cuppa tea cools down. -Every target audience -Every industry -Every ICP We stopped using Gen AI for what it's not built for = Sales ↳And went back to what's always worked = Apollo Instead of guessing who might need my service, I let Apollo show me who's actively searching. What Apollo does in minutes: →Scores leads by real buying intent →Shows who's high, medium or low intent →Finds people searching for competitor tools →Filters by role, seniority, company size, location →Lets me review and save the best accounts right away -No scraping -No enrichment hacks -No prompt gymnastics [lol] Just real buyers, already raising their hand. THEN I work with ChatGPT/Claude to align on my messaging. Today's results: →487 Qualified prospects [5 minutes] →11 lead prospected via LinkedIn [7 minutes per lead] →6 Meetings booked for this Thursday [20-30 minutes per lead] The attached guide below breaks this down step-by-step. But here's my takeaway.... ↳For Prospecting we don't need: -Grok -Claude -Gemini -ChatGPT -Perplexity -Clawdbot/Moltbot Or 5 different 'AI Tools'. That's not what they're built for. We need one platform that actually does GTM correctly. In January, we already closed 18 deals for our clients using ONLY Apollo. To help them, we've built every PDF Guide and Video tutorial they need to crush it with B2B prospecting in 2026. Comment 'AI' or DM me and I'll send you all our guides/videos on: -Prospecting -List building -Sequencing -Workflows -Buying Intent And much more. This is how outbound actually scales in 2026. Not asking buying intent LLM Wrappers that are being hyped on social media. #SponsoredPost #Apollopartner Thank you Apollo for sponsoring this post.
