If investors don’t feel the importance of your idea when you speak, they won’t fund it. This week at health.tech | global summit, I watched brilliant ideas miss their moment on stage. Not because the science was weak. Because the delivery was. Groundbreaking research. Powerful technologies. But then… A monotone voice that flattened the excitement. A pitch delivered like a verbal machine gun. A message so unclear the value disappeared. It’s painful, because the problem isn’t the science. It’s the transmission. And in investor rooms, that has consequences. Because in high-stakes pitches, your voice is part of the product. Three fixes every founder should remember before stepping on stage: 1️⃣ Slow down 15%. Clarity lives in space. If you rush the numbers, you lose credibility. 2️⃣ Lead with the problem you solve. One sentence. Like a headline. “We help X solve Y by doing Z.” 3️⃣ Use pauses. Silence after your key message creates authority and helps your ideas land. Slides inform. Your voice persuades. And the best innovation in the world remains invisible if nobody feels it. That’s exactly why I created Voice Of Impact™. To help experts, scientists and innovators develop a voice that matches the power of their ideas. If you’re pitching innovation and want your delivery to match your ideas: • Voice Of Impact™ Workshop – Basel 20 March | 22 March | 17 April • Voice Of Impact™ Online Cohort (6 weeks) Starting mid-April Or DM me “IMPACT” Great ideas deserve a voice that gets you funded. #HealthTech #Startups #Pitching #PublicSpeaking

Getting rich is easier than you think. In 2015, I bought: • 2 Bitcoin • 50 Ethereum • 30 ounces of Gold I'm no Warren Buffett... I just use this 5-step framework to spot undervalued opportunities: -- Look, I get it. You're thinking, "easy for you to say." But you should also know: • I bought $15k in penny stocks • Threw $50k at a physical storefront • Invested in three "revolutionary" startups Guess what happened (they all went to zero). But my wins? They made me forget about the losses. Here's the framework I use before investing a single dollar: -- Step 1: The Boring Question. Ask yourself: "Does this solve a real problem that exists TODAY?" Not in 5 years. Right now. For example, Bitcoin in 2015: People wanted to move money without banks (a real problem, happening then). -- Step 2: The Adoption Test. In 2015, Bitcoin had: • Remittance services • Dark web marketplaces • Libertarians buying coffee If the only people "using" something are speculators hoping to flip it for a profit… That's not adoption. It’s a house of cards. -- Step 3: The 10-Year Question. "If I couldn't sell this for 10 years, would I still want to own it?" This kills 90% of "opportunities" instantly. Meme coins? No. Random NFT projects? No. Gold that's been valuable for 5,000 years? Yeah, probably. -- Step 4: The Idiot Test (most important). Can you explain why this is valuable to someone who's never heard of it? If your explanation requires: • "Paradigm shift" • "You don't understand” • "Revolutionary technology" You don't get it either. -- Step 5: The Conviction Check. Would you tell your mom to buy this? I told my mom about Bitcoin in 2016 (she didn't listen, but that's beside the point). If you wouldn't recommend it to someone you care about, why would you buy it yourself? -- Here's what this framework ISN'T… It's not about • Finding the next 100x • Timing the market perfectly • Being smarter than everyone else It's about having conviction in your own thinking instead of following hype cycles. -- The investments that worked for me passed all 5 tests: ✓ Easy to explain ✓ Had actual adoption ✓ Told everyone I knew ✓ 10-year hold made sense ✓ Solved real-world problems The ones that failed? Usually failed 3+ of these tests. -- I applied this same framework when I found digital payment processing. Crypto is already here. Millions of people own it… But almost no businesses let you spend it. So, I became the middleman. -- I’m placing payment processors at local businesses, collecting a percentage every time someone pays with digital assets. It passes all 5 tests. (That's why I went all in) -- If you want to learn how I'm using this framework to build passive income from digital payments right now... DM me "Ready" and I'll show you what I'm looking at.
