🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘂𝘀 4.6 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗲. I tested it on my LinkedIn system. The results were ridiculous. I fed it my LinkedIn strategy, my top posts, and my ICP. In one shot, it optimized my best-performing lead magnets, rewrote my hook formulas, and built a 30-day content calendar that sounds exactly like me. Here's what this means for founders: Your outbound is getting ignored.  Your content takes hours.  Your pipeline is unpredictable. This model holds 1 million tokens of context. Your entire voice, ICP, past performance, and positioning in one conversation. No more starting from scratch. No more generic AI slop. I tested it against the system that generated $100K in 90 days: → Created 5 ready-to-post lead magnets that match my top performers → Reverse-engineered my viral posts and created 10 new angles from each → Wrote 30 hooks calibrated to my voice and ICP → Found the 3 patterns behind my top posts (I missed them for 6 months) This is the backend of a system that's generated $150K in free distribution and 20+ qualified leads per week. First time I'm packaging this publicly. I packaged my entire Opus 4.6 implementation system: ✅ The Lead Magnet Multiplier (12 prompts, 5 ICP variations each)  ✅ The Hook Vault Builder (47 hooks from posts with 2M+ combined impressions) ✅ The Voice Clone Framework (the exact 3-step process, not theory)  ✅ The Outbound Revival System (14 content angles that warm cold leads)  ✅ The Profile-to-Pipeline Optimizer (my actual profile audit checklist) Took me 6 months and 20k to validate. Yours in one DM. $100K closed. 36,000 leads. Now runs in minutes. 1️⃣ Comment "OPUS" below  2️⃣ Connect with me (so I can DM you)  3️⃣ Like this post P.S. Repost and I'll send you my DM scripts that book 3-5 calls/week.

I'm giving away my best Claude marketing prompts. Covering 10 crucial marketing segments, all for free: This carousel has the shortened 60. But if you want the full prompts + 90 more... Comment "PROMPT" and I will send it to you personally. So many founders are switching from ChatGPT to Claude right now. And making the exact same mistakes they made before: 🚫 Not putting any effort into prompting.  🚫 Settling for generic outputs. 🚫 Giving up too soon. Claude is significantly more capable than most people are giving it credit for.  But the rule doesn't change: generic input produces generic output. And generic output blends into everyone else's content. These 150 prompts are the solution to that. They are plug and play.   So you can fill in your context and go. They cover: ✅ LinkedIn content: ↳ Prompts for every post format and angle. ✅ Offer and sales copy: ↳ Prompts that help you communicate your value clearly. ✅ Lead magnets: ↳ Prompts for creating resources that turn followers into email subscribers. ✅ Email sequences: ↳ Prompts for nurture series and conversion emails that convert subscribers. ✅ DM outreach: ↳ Prompts for opening conversations and following up naturally. ✅ Video scripts: ↳ Prompts for short-form, long-form, and talking-head video content. ✅ Client proof: ↳ Prompts for turning the best stories from clients into content. ✅ Online event promotion: ↳ Prompts for filling webinars and live events. And that's just the half of it... Everyone who claims the library will also be invited to Lead Generation Live:   A free 3-hour masterclass on 20th May 2026 from 2:30pm to 5:30pm BST. I'll be joined by Nathan Barry and Sam Gaudet,  Founders who have built what you're trying to build. We'll teach you the exact lead gen systems working in 2026,  And how I used them to grow my personal brand with 3M+ followers. Plus, I'll cover the AI workflows we used to take Searchable to $2M ARR in just 9 months. In the session, you'll get: ↳ The AI workflows producing genuine inbound. ↳ A complete breakdown of what changed on LinkedIn in Q1 2026. ↳ Templates, prompts, and workflows you can apply the next day. ↳ The lead generation systems that are actually working in 2026. ↳ The opportunity in AI search and how to ensure your business is visible. Live attendance is capped at 10,000 people.  When it's full, registration closes. And it will fill up fast ! Save this post to claim the resource and your invite.  And don’t forget to comment “PROMPT” below. ♻️ Repost to help founders in your network get more out of AI. And follow Chris Donnelly for more on building with AI.

Are you building a religion… or a business? Here’s the pattern I keep seeing (and I’ve done it too): Founders are told to “focus on the constraint.” So we do. But if you’re a strong conceptual thinker, you can generate infinite constraints… and solve them beautifully inside your head one after the other. Because our brain hates open loops. If a decision isn’t finished, it keeps running simulations until it “closes” the story. That’s useful… and it’s also how you end up overbuilding a complete belief system on false clarity: - ICP “characters” that feel real (but aren’t validated) - narratives that explain everything - frameworks, values, stories - answers to every objection before anyone even objects It feels like progress. But it’s not the same thing as traction. A business survives by being corrected by reality. A belief system survives by defending internal logic. The giveaway: you can win arguments in your head all day… and still lose in the market. So stop signing and dancing at your own gospel. It feels good in the beginning, but eventually becomes very painful when reality catches up and burns away the financial, physical and emotional ressources you needed to achieve your dream. Here's a simple test.. If you have a prototype and can’t do one of these within the next month, you’re probably building the “religion”: 1. Talk to at least 12 real prospects 2. Ask for money (even a small commitment) 3. Let their reaction rewrite your assumptions Because just like motion isn't momentum, entrepreneurial grit isn’t perseverance It’s adaptive intelligence—and that only shows up in contact with reality. Question: what’s the one assumption you’ve been polishing… instead of testing? #Entrepreneurship P.S. If you want to make better decision under pressure, DM or comment Compass for a special offer.

Claude Opus 4.6 gives you access to 93 of the most viral outlier LinkedIn creators for $0: I codified their content frameworks into 5 claude content skills system. Comment "SYSTEM" and I'll send the system to you. (THIS IS THE SYSTEM – too many comments, no need to comment anymore: hope it helps: https://lnkd.in/gyEfYqXF ) Here's what most people miss: They study the big accounts. 500k+ followers. Millions of impressions. But the real signal lives in the outliers nobody talks about. Small accounts. 5k-15k followers. Consistently pulling 10x their baseline engagement. I reverse-engineered the patterns across 1,000+ viral posts from them and codified them into 5 skills inside my Claude Opus / sonnet 4.6 linkedin content system: 1/ Lead Magnet Skill — turns your expertise into irresistible lead magnets that pull comments and DMs on autopilot, 20M+ impressions 2/ Announcement Skill — frames product launches, milestones, and updates so they actually get engagement instead of crickets, 20M+ impressions 3/ Op-Ed Skill — builds contrarian, opinion-driven posts that position you as the authority in your niche, 10M+ impressions 4/ Build-in-Public Skill — documents your journey in real time, turning behind-the-scenes moments into high-trust content, 10M+ impressions 5/ LinkedIn Post Skill — the all-rounder that handles every other content format, trained on 93 viral creator frameworks, 40M+ impressions ++ 6 more. Built for founders, execs, and consultants who have something to say but aren't getting leverage from AI yet. Want access? 1. Comment "SYSTEM" 2. Connect with me. And I’ll send over 7 days free access + unlimited usage to the system. PS — pls repost, easier to sort.

I spent £5,000 learning LinkedIn lead gen the hard way. This was the part NOBODY explained… And yes, I’m being a bit of a hypocrite sharing this before my own lead magnet is finished (I’m a perfectionist, alright 😅) But I’m done gatekeeping while I tweak landing pages. Because after 7 months of studying how the top 1% of creators actually make money on this platform, 1 thing is painfully clear… ——— On any other platform, getting in front of 10,000+ specific decision-makers would mean: • Huge ad budgets • Months of testing • Burning cash to learn what works On LinkedIn: You can do it for £94.99/month. But here’s what you need to know👇 Sales Navigator is useless until your foundations are right. So before you touch another tool, this is the 1% system you actually need: ——— 1️⃣ The 1% Offer • What genuinely makes you different? • Don’t just solve a problem, solve it with a specific mechanism • Target people based on the problem they have right now, not just their job title 2️⃣ Your Profile = Sales Page • If your headline isn’t about them, they’re gone • Your profile’s only job is to turn viewers into lead magnet downloads 3️⃣ ICP Targeting (the human way) • Build a list of decision-makers • Spend 15 mins a day warming them up via comments • This alone can triple your acceptance rate 4️⃣ The Content Funnel • Content builds trust • Lead magnets build businesses • Get emails. Own your audience. Stop relying on algorithms. ——— LinkedIn’s ROI is insane, if you treat it like a business tool, not a posting app. I’m currently breaking this entire system down for founders who are done posting and seeing ZERO return. If you want the free breakdown when it drops, comment “HEY” And make sure we’re connected 🤝 Amy Marriott

Your LinkedIn banner is costing you clients right now. And you don't even know it. Every person who visits your profile sees your banner first. Before your headline. Before your About section. Before anything. And in 3 seconds they decide if you're worth their time. Most banners fail that test completely. Stock photos. Random quotes. Blurry images. Hidden CTAs. Your banner is either a 24/7 salesperson or dead space. Right now it's dead space. While your competitors have banners that: → State offer clearly find opportunities → Display social proof build trust → Clear CTAs show next steps → Professional photos build instant credibility → Services listed attract right clients You have a pretty background doing absolutely nothing. Here's what that's costing you: Profile visitors who leave without connecting because they don't understand what you do. Opportunities scrolling past because your value isn't obvious at first glance. Potential clients choosing someone else because their banner looked more professional than yours. Your expertise deserves better than a wasted banner. I redesigned mine using a conversion framework and profile engagement jumped 40% immediately. More views. More DMs. More inbound interest. Because my banner now sells while I sleep. If your banner isn't working this hard for you, you're leaving money on the table every single day. I design LinkedIn banners that convert visitors into clients. Strategic. Professional. Results driven. DM me "BANNER" and let's fix what's costing you opportunities right now.

6 months ago, I had 4,500 followers on LinkedIn. Now founders DM me asking "how are you doing this?" Here's my honest answer: I studied the posts getting 50K+ impressions. Not courses. Not gurus. Just real posts. And I found a pattern nobody talks about: → The top posts weren't "well written" → They were well structured I took one of my posts that got 200 views. Same topic. Same idea. Same length. But I rewrote it with 3 changes: 1. Replaced the first line with a number + bold claim  (Before: "Content is important for founders")  (After: "One post brought me 3 inbound clients last Tuesday") 2. Broke every sentence into its own line  Because nobody reads walls of text at 7am 3. Removed every sentence that sounded "professional"  Replaced it with how I'd explain it over chai That rewrite? Got 11,400 impressions. So I kept going. Testing hooks. Fixing formatting. Replacing corporate fluff with real talk. This week: → 144,850 impressions in 7 days (↑280%) → 23,833 followers (started at 4,500) → 651 new newsletter subscribers (↑317%) → 9,926 profile viewers in 90 days No growth hack did this. A repeatable system did. Then a founder DMed me: "I've been watching your content for 2 weeks. Can you do this for my profile?" That DM became my first $1,000 client. Then another founder reached out. Then another. Now I ghostwrite for founders who are brilliant at what they do but don't have 2 hours a day to write posts. What I do for them: → Study their voice before writing a single word → Build 20+ hooks specific to their niche → Format every post for mobile → No templates, every post sounds like THEM → Track and adjust weekly One client went from 300 to 14,000 impressions per post in 6 weeks. People don't engage with content. People engage with people. If your LinkedIn feels like a ghost town, It's not your ideas. It's the delivery. DM me "GROWTH" for a free audit of your last 3 posts. Taking 3 clients for March. ♻️ Repost if a founder in your network needs this.

Work has changed more in the last 2 years than in the previous 50. And it's not slowing down. Here’s the full evolution of how we work with AI - from manual tasks to autonomous workflows: 2010 - Manual Work Everything done manually using tools like Excel, Office, Photoshop. Deep tool knowledge was essential. 2015 - Automation Tools Scripts and RPA automated repetitive tasks. UiPath, Zapier, Selenium handled rule-based workflows. 2018 - AI-Assisted Work Machine learning supported predictions and analytics. AI assisted work but didn’t replace it. 2020 - AI Copilots AI worked alongside you. Copilot, Notion AI, Grammarly boosted coding, writing, productivity. 2023 - Generative AI AI started creating. Text, images, code generated instantly with tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney. 2024 - AI Assistants Everywhere AI became daily infrastructure. Perplexity, Claude, Gemini powered research and workflows. 2025 - AI Agents AI began executing tasks. LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen enabled autonomous workflows using tools and APIs. 2026 - Autonomous Workflows Multi-agent systems automate entire processes. AI now operates workflows end-to-end with minimal human input. In 2010, you used software to do work. In 2026, AI does the work and you manage the system. The question is no longer "should I use AI?" It’s "how far behind am I?" Where are you on this timeline right now? Comment below 👇 ♻️ Repost to help someone understand how fast this is actually moving. If you’re a founder or C-level leader and want help refining your LinkedIn identity - so your content attracts clients, not confusion - DM me #GrowMyLinkedIn. I’ll show you exactly how to position yourself for maximum visibility and inbound leads. Let’s make your presence impossible to ignore. Promised.

Give me 3 mins and I'll walk you through the 4-part email launch playbook we've used to sell millions of dollars worth of digital products: Part 1: Pre-launch emails 💰 Goal → Drive waitlist signups before the launch even begins ⏰ When → Before opening the cart/making the product available 🎯 Segment → Everyone who’s eligible to be pitched on this product Typically, we send 5-7 pre-launch emails before opening the cart. Part 2: Launch emails 💰 Goal → Create interest, agitate pain points, drive sales ⏰ When → Daily AM emails once the cart opens 🎯 Segment → Everyone who’s eligible to be pitched on this product We usually send ~10 launch emails over 7 days, each tackling a different angle. Part 3: Objection handling emails 💰 Goal → Address objections from people on the fence ⏰ When → Daily PM emails during launch week 🎯 Segment → Clickers + waitlisters (anyone who clicked the sales page link or joined the waitlist but hasn’t bought yet) We usuallt send 6 objection-handling emails covering the most common hesitations keeping people on the fence. Part 4: Automated abandoned cart sequence 💰 Goal → Convert our warmest/highest intent leads ⏰ When → Automatically triggered after 2+ clicks on sales page 🎯 Segment → Twice clickers (highest intent prospects) We use this sequence to nudge our most engaged prospects who are clearly interested but need one final push before buying. Now, keep in mind: This is a very advanced launch playbook. You don’t need to include every one of these pillars to have a successful launch. In fact, just by stealing one or two of these tactics, you’ll be ahead of 99% of digital creators & entrepreneurs. And that’s it! Hope this breakdown is helpful for your next launch. PS - A few weeks ago, we used this exact strategy to drive $195k+ in revenue for a new bootcamp offer. Want to get a breakdown of the launch + a swipe file with ALL the emails we sent? 99% of founders & creators ignore this email sequence. Yet it's the difference between one-time buyers and lifetime customers: A Post-Purchase Sequence. Let me show you how to build it. But first - why this matters. A lot of creators think their goal is to “sell their course.” But in reality, your goal is to help people solve a problem & get a result so they... • Are happy they bought your product  • Give you a great testimonial + referrals  • Ultimately buy your future offers And sure - for that to happen, they need to buy first. But after that, you don’t want to leave people on their own. Instead, support them so they actually: • Put what they learn into practice  • Get value from the product Insert: Your Post-Purchase Sequence. Here’s how this sequence is structured: 1️⃣ Email 1: The “Warm Welcome” Email Right after someone buys, we send the first email immediately. This is a logistical email. The goal is to welcome them & walk them through everything they need to access the product. 2️⃣ Email 2: The “Quick Follow Up” Email 24 hours later, we send a second email checking in & sharing tips to help them get the most out of the product. Great opportunity to remind them of key action steps before getting started. 3️⃣ Email 3: The “Biggest Challenge” Email 2-4 days later, we send a third email. The goal is to address the biggest obstacle people face when starting. And walk them through how to overcome it. 4️⃣ Email 4: The “Underrated Feature” Email 2-4 days later, we send a fourth email. Highlight a feature people might overlook-but is very valuable. This helps keep nudging while adding value. 5️⃣ Email 5: The “Check In Survey” Email 2-4 days later, we send a fifth email asking for feedback. That way, we can: • Make sure they’re getting value  • Improve the product over time Pro tip: Offer an incentive to boost responses. 6️⃣ Email 6: The “Bridge” Email 5-7 days later, we send one more email. The goal is to introduce another product that helps with the next problem they’ll face. So you can *bridge* the gap between where they are and where they want to go. We only send this if we have a relevant follow-on product. As you can see, this funnel isn’t complicated. But if done right, it can have a HUGE impact on your business. Hope it’s helpful! PS - I built an AI prompt you can copy-paste to create your own Post-Purchase Sequence in minutes (instead of hours). Comment "sequence" and I’ll send you a copy (for free, ofc).

Claude usage increased by 1,487% from January to March. And yet 99% of people still have no idea what it does. Cheers to my main man Chris Donnelly for the inspo behind this. Here's how to use it like a founder who runs their whole business on it... (And stop using 1 feature out of a possible 13). 1️⃣ Claude Chat: Ask, write, and analyse anything. ↳ Give it full context on your business and goals. 2️⃣ Projects: Saves your files and context permanently.  ↳ Upload your tone and audience brief once. Every session starts fully briefed. 3️⃣ Extended Thinking: A deeper reasoning mode for complex problems. ↳ Use it for strategy or launch planning. 4️⃣ Skills: Reusable instruction packs that auto-load for specific tasks.  ↳ Build one for hook writing, DM outreach, or newsletters. 5️⃣ Artifacts: Builds interactive files, dashboards, and tools inside the chat. ↳ Working deliverables in minutes. 6️⃣ Cowork: A desktop tool that reads your files and creates real documents.  ↳ Pick a folder and give it clear instructions. It'll create a finished doc. 7️⃣ Claude in Excel: Reads your spreadsheets and finds the patterns.  ↳ Build model spreadsheets and tweak data and errors in seconds. 8️⃣ Claude in PowerPoint: Builds presentations inside PowerPoint.  ↳ Brief it on your webinar deck and get a fully structured presentation. 9️⃣ Connectors: Links Slack, Drive, Notion, Gmail, and 50+ tools.  ↳ Claude becomes the operating layer across your whole stack. 🔟 Claude in Chrome: A browsing agent inside your browser.  ↳ Research a prospect or summarise a competitor page with one instruction. 1️⃣1️⃣ Claude Code: One of the best coding tools available.  ↳ Non-technical founders can build automations without hiring a developer. 1️⃣2️⃣ API: Build products and run Claude inside your own tools.  ↳ This is the moment your entire business starts to run on Claude. 1️⃣3️⃣ File Analysis: Reads and draws conclusions from real files.  ↳ What takes a junior analyst a day takes Claude minutes. And here are 4 power tips for you to take full advantage of Claude: - Stack Projects with Skills. Claude knows who you are instantly. - Correct a mistake in the chat, and it carries that correction forward. - Upload a file before you ask any questions. Never ask cold. - Use Extended Thinking for decision-making. Most people are using 2 or 3 of these at most. The ones running the whole stack built a system around it. That's what Claude OS is. The full Claude Operating System for founders who want: ✅ Original frameworks like the S-O-L-V-E method. ✅ A system built specifically around Claude and how it thinks. ✅ Drop-in prompts across every stage of your content and lead gen strategy. Comment "CLAUDEOS" below, and I will send it to you for free ! How do you use Claude to run your business? Drop it below :D 💾 Save this and open it every time you use Claude. ♻️ Repost to help someone still using Claude like a search engine. And follow Josh S. for more on AI and founder systems.

This incredible LinkedIn copywriter takes 10 minutes to build. Here are the exact Claude instructions, for FREE ↓ Just comment "COACH" to claim it now. Most people posting on LinkedIn get feedback from 1 or 2 places:  Nobody or people who are too polite to tell them the truth. This fixes that. It only takes around 10 minutes to set up inside Claude as a Project. Once it's running, paste in any post and get a detailed score.  You'll also get specific notes on what to fix and why. Every post gets evaluated across six areas: 1. Hook: Does it stop the scroll? 2. Pain points: Does it name a real audience concern? 3. Actionable value: Does it give them something useful? 4. Dream picture: Does it show them what's possible? 5. Engagement question: Does it invite a response? 6. CTA: Does it tell them what to do next? A post worth publishing will score in the 45-50 range.  Score below 30 and you'll want to have another go before going live. To make that easier, the coach doesn't just score.  You can ask it to: - Write posts from scratch - Generate hooks when you're stuck - Brainstorm ideas for your niche - Critique a draft without running the full score The more you use it, and the more you train it in your voice,  The sharper the output gets. And, as a bonus, everyone who claims it will be invited to our upcoming event.  Lead Generation Live is taking place on 20th May 2026, 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm BST. It's 3 hours of in-depth lessons, completely free,  And built for founders who want to master lead generation in 2026. I'll be walking through: ✅ The systems behind growing my personal brand from 32K to 3M+ followers ✅ The AI workflows behind Searchable's growth to $2m ARR in 9 months ✅ Exactly what changed on LinkedIn in Q1 2026 that most people have missed With two incredible speakers to boot: Sam Gaudet and Nathan Barry. This is an event that I wish I had starting off as an entrepreneur... One that will be deeply valuable for anyone looking to sharpen their skills in this new era of lead generation. Live attendance is capped at 10K. When it's full, it's full. So I highly recommend acting as soon as you can ! Comment "COACH" below and I'll send you the full setup guide. And save this post so you can come back to it. ♻️ Repost to help founders in your network write better content. And follow Chris Donnelly for more on building with AI.

Most people treat their LinkedIn profile like a resume. That's why they get zero leads. Your profile isn't a document. It's a conversion page. Here's the 12-point system I use to turn profiles into lead magnets: 1. PROFILE PHOTO → Clear headshot → Neutral background → Face dominates frame → Instant recognition 2. HEADLINE Stop listing what you do. Start stating what you deliver. Formula:  "I help [who] get [result] using [method]" Add credibility through numbers. 3. I used to spend hours manually turning my newsletters into LinkedIn posts. Now this prompt helps me do it in minutes: Context: Usually, I like to test content ideas on LinkedIn first. Then, once I've gathered some signal, I expand my best-performing posts into newsletters. But sometimes I just rip long-form pieces without doing any "validation" first. The problem is: If you want to post those long-form pieces on LinkedIn, you need to edit them down. And that process can be extremely draining. But that's where this prompt comes in. This prompt will help you draft a LinkedIn-friendly version of your long-form emails in just a few minutes. And it will follow your writing style super closely so you only need to make minimal edits. Here's the prompt: "I just finished writing an in-depth email about [your newsletter topic] and I would like your help creating a compressed version of this email that I can post as a LinkedIn post. So here’s what we are going to do: I am going to share with you my email so you can review all the content. Then, I want you to create a compressed version (1,500-2,000 characters max) that only covers: - [Key/important section] - [Key/important section] - [Key/important section] Now, there’s a few guidelines to keep in mind: - We want to start the post with a punchy two-sentence hook that makes a clear promise about what the reader is going to "get" from reading the post. If possible, we want to use some kind of number of money figure in the hook. - In addition to that, we want to make sure we're only using one-sentence paragraphs for this LinkedIn version of the email. That way, we can keep it skimmable and easy for people to read. - Similarly, when it makes sense, we also want to use bulleted lists to make the post easier to skim and read. - Lastly, even though we want to compress the email, we still want to follow my writing style and voice as closely as possible. So please mimic the way I write. And try to use the same language and the same terminology I use in the email." --- And there you have it! Next time you write a banger newsletter, you can just: • Copy/paste the prompt • Fill in the placeholders • Save yourself an hour of deep work PS - Want to run this workflow even faster? Comment "claude" and I'll send you the Claude Skill version of this prompt for free.

Last year, I made $84,000 selling digital products on the side. 3 ways I validate digital product ideas (so I never waste time building something nobody wants): 1/ Use your content as a testing ground This is the easiest place to start. Every week, I look at which posts outperform everything else. But I don't just look at likes and views. I also pay close attention to: • DMs asking "how did you do this?" • Comments requesting a deeper breakdown • And repeat questions around the same topic When you see those signals stack up, you're sitting on a product idea. Example: In early 2025, Matthew and I had been using a viral lead magnet giveaway strategy for 6 months with amazing results. We started getting dozens of DMs asking how we did it. So we ran a paid workshop breaking it down - and it sold out. 2/ Ask your audience directly If you have an email list (even a small one), you can literally just ask. Send an email explaining what you're thinking of creating, how it would work, and who it's for. Then ask people to join a waitlist if they're interested. It's simple. But it gives you real data before you commit. Example: Before we launched our 4-week Inbound Sales Ninja cohort, we sent an email to our list to gauge interest. Within days, we had a few hundred people on the waitlist. That's when we knew the idea had legs - and we decided to officially run with it. 3/ Pre-sell it before you build it This is the ultimate test. Instead of spending weeks (or months) building a product that might flop... Ask people to pay you money in advance. If enough people buy, you move forward and fulfill it. If not, you refund everyone and move on. Example: Last year, I was thinking of launching a paid newsletter. But instead of committing to it blindly, I ran a 5-day pre-sell email sequence. The result? 67 sales and $5,500+ in revenue - before I even created the first issue. Now, each of these methods gives you a different level of validation: • Content signals = interest • Waitlist sign-ups = intent • Pre-sales = proof And the best part? You can stack them on top of each other to reduce your risk even further. So if you're thinking about launching a digital product this year - don't guess. Validate first. PS - I put together a free guide called The $10K Infoproduct Accelerator that breaks down the 3 best "lean product formats" I recommend to make your first $10K with digital products. Comment "format" and I'll send it your way.

The highest-grossing sales letter ever written was only 2 pages long. It generated $2 billion. And it crushed for 25 years straight. Here's why it worked so well: First, some context: In 1975, a copywriter named Martin Conroy wrote a simple 2-page letter for The Wall Street Journal. That letter ran for 25 years and sold over $2 billion worth of WSJ subscriptions. It's known as the most successful sales letters of all time. Now, here's what made it so effective: 1. It starts with a story (not a pitch) Nobody likes being sold to. But everyone loves stories. Which is why this sales letter immediately hooks you. But Conroy also did an amazing job of creating an irresistible curiosity gap (and setting the stage to then pitch his product): Two young men. Same background. Same work ethic. Same opportunities. Fast forward 25 years: One is a middle manager. The other runs the entire company. At this point, you can't stop reading. 2. It sells emotions over benefits Everyone talks about selling benefits over features. But there's yet another level to the game: Selling emotions. This letter doesn't focus on making more money (that's implied). Instead, it focuses on status and prestige. It makes it feel like reading the news & being informed is cool. It's something that successful businessmen do. And sure, being a successful businessman usually means you make good money. But the emotional payoff - identity, respect, power - that's what he's really selling here. 3. It anchors back to the story after the CTA After presenting & breaking down the offer, the letter circles back to the two young men story. And it reminds the reader: The difference between these two people who were SO similar was staying informed with useful knowledge (which is what our product *happens* to help you do). This reinforcement drives home the decision and makes it feel like a no-brainer But the ending is also genius... 4. It ends with a humble disclaimer Here's the exact closing: "I cannot promise you that success will be instantly yours if you start reading The Wall Street Journal. But I can guarantee that you will find The Journal always interesting, always reliable, and always useful." This builds massive trust. It's honest. It's realistic. And it makes the whole pitch feel even more credible. And that's it! These principles worked in 1975. And they still work today. So next time you need to write a sales email, think ask yourself how you could apply some of these levers to your copy. PS - I built an AI prompt that creates a custom sales/promo email for your own offering using the same framework behind this sales letter. Comment "letter" and I'll send you a free copy.

Everyone sees the top of the iceberg. Followers. Engagement. Viral posts. Brand awareness. Revenue pipeline. But real brand growth on social media is built under the surface. It comes from the things most people skip: ➞ Customer research ➞ Clear positioning ➞ Strong brand messaging ➞ Audience psychology ➞ Content systems ➞ Distribution strategy ➞ Community building ➞ Trust over time The visible part gets attention. The hidden part creates business results. That is why many brands post every day but still struggle to convert. They focus on hacks before strategy. Trends before trust. Content volume before message clarity. Followers before community depth. A strong brand is not built by one viral post. It is built by knowing who you serve, what problem you solve, why your voice matters, and how your content moves people from awareness to trust. Social media growth becomes powerful when the content is connected to a real business goal. Not just “more reach.” But more authority. More conversations. More leads. More trust. More demand. That is the part most people never see. But it is the part that actually builds the brand. 💡 I've created a free Social Media Growth Playbook to help founders fix the 6 mistakes killing their reach - covering audience clarity, content mix, engagement, posting rhythm, and the exact tool stack (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Canva) to make it repeatable. 1. Like this post ❤️ 2. Comment "Growth" below 3. Follow me for more founder & business content 4. I don't know Dan Martell, but I created 10 LinkedIn posts, 10 video scripts, and 3 newsletters for him. All in his words. In under 5 minutes. I know what you're thinking... "more AI Slop." But hear me out for a second... You and I both know that most AI content sucks. And it's practically impossible to get AI to sound like you. I wrestled with that for a while myself. But then I realized that the AI content workflow is completely backward. We give AI an idea and then have it draft a post. And it comes out okay. So we feed it 5 more prompts to hone it in. Then you'll need to edit it for a while. By the time it's good, you could have just written it yourself. But what if you gave the AI your content first? Feed it a transcript of a client meeting, a sales call, an interview, a workshop, or any recorded meeting where you're talking about your business. Then have the AI identify the best content ideas and arrange your words into proven content formats. For the last 8 months, we've been developing a tool that uses this backward AI workflow so you can take the conversations you're having every day and turn them into content in minutes. And we've loaded the tool with 1,000s of proven hooks and content formats for written posts, long and short-form video scripts, email newsletters, tweets... Basically, any type of content for any platform. This is like having a full-service content agency in your business for a fraction of the cost. If you want more content and better content, all while spending way less time... DM me "tour," and I'll show you how it works.

You can have the world’s best emails. But if these two things aren't dialed in, you're still gonna lose conversions: Your offer & your sales page. Now, I've worked with 20+ clients over the past 6 months. And I've noticed a pretty clear pattern: Most people spend all their time optimizing their email sequences. But they completely neglect their offer & sales page. Which is wild because no matter how good your emails are, if your offer sucks or your sales page is weak, you're leaving a TON of money on the table. So, let me break down the 3 biggest mistakes I see: MISTAKE #1: Your Offer Is A Vitamin (Not A Painkiller) Here's the thing: The best offers solve for a pain point - not a nice-to-have outcome. If your offer is addressing something people want but don't desperately need, you're fighting an uphill battle. People don't buy vitamins. They buy painkillers. So before you launch anything, ask yourself: "Am I solving for a real problem my customers desperately want to solve?" If the answer is no, go back to the drawing board. MISTAKE #2: Your Sales Page Hero Copy Is Vague (Or Too Clever) The above-the-fold section of your sales page is everything. It's where people decide (in seconds) whether they're interested or not. Yet, most people either get too clever or fail to articulate their value prop right away. Instead of clearly stating what you're offering & what the benefit is, they dance around it. Big mistake. Your hero copy needs to be crystal clear about: - Who it's for - What you're selling - And what they'll achieve MISTAKE #3: You're Selling Your Curriculum (Not Your Outcomes) This one is especially true for educational products. Most course creators sell their offering like it's a... well, like it's a course. They focus on topics. They list modules. They explain what's covered in the curriculum. But here's the thing: People don't care about your curriculum. They care about results. So instead of selling your offer as a series of topics, sell it as a series of deliverables tied directly to outcomes. And that's it! If you nail your offer & your sales page, your emails will do the heavy lifting they're supposed to do. But skip these two things, and even the best email sequences won't save you. PS - Writing a sales page can be extremely overwhelming. So I put together a mega prompt to help you nail your sales page copy in 20 mins (instead of 20 hours) using AI. Comment “page” and I’ll send you a free copy.
