Elon Musk just said: “A.I at its current state has the ability to replace HALF of current jobs” But he didn’t stop there… He revealed the only 4 career paths that he believes are safe from A.I right now: 1/ Physical Jobs A.I can't fix pipes. A.I can't wire a house. A.I can't lay bricks. Skilled trades like plumbing, electrical and construction will be the last to be automated. A.I struggles with complex, unpredictable physical environments. 2/ Roles requiring high emotional intelligence A.I can't replicate genuine human empathy and connection. Nurses, doctors, therapists and teachers are safe. These roles require trust and emotional depth that A.I simply can't fake. 3/ Creative strategy and leadership A.I can generate content. But high-level creative direction and strategic decision-making? That requires navigating complex, unscripted scenarios. Leaders and strategists who think critically will always be needed. 4/ A.I oversight and implementation As A.I takes over routine tasks, someone needs to install and manage these systems. A.I needs humans to make sure A.I works properly. This is exactly what I do for a living… I install A.I systems into businesses that save them 20+ hours a week. Things like automated lead follow-up, AI agents that qualify prospects, and systems that handle invoicing and scheduling. Business owners pay me $2K, $5K, even $10K per client to set it up. I use tools like… Instantly.AI to generate leads. Jasper.AI to write social content. Loki Ad Writer to run paid ads. These save and/or make businesses more money so it’s a no brainer for them to pay me a fee. But the best part is there’s not much technical skill required… I’m literally using existing tools… And even then, I hired a team who does the fulfillment for me. I just find the problems businesses have and connect them with the solution. This is where the value is. It’s not in coding ability. If your current job is on the wrong side of that list… Don't wait for A.I to replace you. Become the person who installs it. DM me "AIGP" and I'll show you how to start your own A.I Agency in 2026 🤝🏻

AI isn't new. Your fear of it might be, though. AI has been around for decades... you didnt know? Netflix, social media, the lot, you use it every day in these and you dont hear anyone say they dont know how to use it, or they are scared of it etc. Its been in the world somewhat since 1956! Only in the past couple of years we have this "new" version of it, Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) This image shows the six layers of AI stacked on top of each other, from Classical AI at the base all the way up to Agentic AI at the top. Here's what those layers mean, in three simple steps: 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜) This is where it all started. Logic rules, expert systems, decision trees. Decades old. Already woven into life long before most people started paying attention. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 (𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴) This is where machines began learning from data. Spotting patterns. Making predictions. Getting smarter on their own. Your social media feed, Spotify playlists, bank fraud alerts. That's this layer. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜) Second from the top on that image. LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal tools. This is where AI stops just analysing and starts creating. Writing. Images. Code. Summaries. Presentations. All from a prompt. The secret: YOU DON NOT NEED TO KNOW ALL 6 LAYERS You don't need to know the tech behind it! You just need to get comfortable with Generative AI. And actually using it in your day to day. That ONE layer is where your time goes. That's where the task that used to take three hours Now takes 20 minutes. AI isn't new and it isn't something to be scared of. Time to get out of the easter egg comma And start using this awesome piece of tech. If you work in a business that's curious about Generative AI but not sure where to start, book a call with me. If you are already thinking of implementing AI - I've got a blueprint for SME's all about the AI-Assisted Organisation - comment BLUEPRINT and I'll send it over. ♻️ Send this to someone you know who you think needs the help.

Everyone says AI will replace sales teams. I've been using it for months. The conversations that close deals still need a human. The trust-building and the objection handling. The nuance when a prospect says "we're not ready yet" and you know they actually mean "convince me." AI can't do that. Not yet. Maybe not ever. What AI actually replaces: the busywork that keeps you from those conversations. Last month I tracked where my time went: → 40% researching prospects → 30% writing personalized openers → 30% actual selling 70% of my time on prep work. 30% on the work that actually closes deals. That's backwards, and I knew I wasn't the only one stuck in this trap. Then I found Manthan Patel's playbook on building AI sales agents. He built the whole system from scratch and tested it on real campaigns. The agent handles research and first drafts. Now I spend 70% of my time on conversations and 30% reviewing what the agent prepared. Here's what the agent does: → Scrapes and cleans lead data → Researches each company and contact → Writes personalized openers based on real context → Pushes everything to your outreach tool What I still do: → Review and edit before sending → Handle replies and conversations → Build relationships that close deals The AI didn't replace me. It gave me back the hours I was losing to research. Automation that lets you do more of the work that actually matters. What's in the playbook: → Prompts and n8n workflows (fully built) → Copywriting and segmentation (done for you) → LGM campaign ready to duplicate in one click Manthan built and tested everything. You just duplicate and launch. Comment "LGM" and I'll send it to you. ♻️ Repost to help your network

7 AI skills to multiply your output in 2026: 1. Workflow Automation: n8n Connect your entire business automatically. New customer payment → n8n sends welcome email, adds them to CRM, creates onboarding checklist, notifies team. Newsletter signup → triggers email sequence, tags database, updates analytics. Set it once. Runs forever. 2. Lead Capture: ManyChat Turn Instagram comments into conversations automatically. Someone comments a keyword → ManyChat sends your guide, adds them to a sequence, nurtures them to a call. 3. AI Code Editor: Cursor Build products without being technical. "Build me a landing page with email capture" → working site in minutes. "Add a payment flow with Stripe" → done. Ship features without hiring developers. The barrier between idea and execution just collapsed. 4. Visual Content: Sora Generate video content when your editors are missing footage. Product demos.  B-roll for your VSL.  Visual storytelling. Describe what you need. Get usable footage. 5. Meeting Intelligence: Wispr Every call contains insights you forget. Use AI transcription tools like Otter, Fireflies, or Wispr Flow. Transcribes everything. Makes it searchable. Client said something important 3 weeks ago? Search it. Turn conversations into a knowledge base. 6. Custom AI Agents: Claude Projects Build custom AI that knows YOUR business, YOUR voice, YOUR systems. Train it on your frameworks.  Feed it your best content.  Give it your SOPs. Now you have an AI that thinks like you and solves problems like you. 7. Analytics Intelligence: Build Your Own I built Pulse to send me custom metrics every morning. You can do the same with Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. Feed it your data. Tell it what metrics matter. Have it generate reports. "Analyze my last 30 videos and tell me what's working." Your AI becomes your personal analyst. These tools aren't about replacing you. They're about multiplying you. __ Enjoy this? ♻️ Repost it to your network and follow Matt Gray for more.

🚀 Today we’re launching a brand new Relay.app! It’s a totally new way of thinking about AI agents, and it’s going to enable EVERYONE to build their own AI team. 🚀 We’re live on Product Hunt today and would really appreciate your support here: https://lnkd.in/gYb5qjGD 2025 was supposed to be the “year of the AI agent.” But for many people, it wasn’t. Setting up agents was too hard and technical. Working with agents was too unpredictable and frustrating. Here’s what makes AI agents in Relay.app different: Anyone can create agents. You work with AI agents just like you work with people. You ask your agent to do things for you and give it feedback to get better. No code, JSON, terminal, or MCP needed. Agents are predictable and reliable. You teach your agent skills with simple prompts, and it turns those into easily understandable, consistent workflows. Plus, your agent can keep a human-in-the-loop for anything high stakes. No random actions you can’t explain. I know these agents actually work because I couldn’t do my job without them. I’m the founder of Relay.app, but I’m also the sales team, marketing team, support team, HR team, and finance team. My AI agents have handled 26,323 webinar signups, closed the support loop with 2,253 customers, briefed me before 1014 meetings, reviewed 307 partner applications, and much more. To start building your own AI team, head over to Relay.app and try it out for free. I can’t wait to hear your feedback. p.s. like and comment on this post to get a bonus code for 500 extra AI credits per month for an a year 🙏
