These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkMagnet, a product operated by Incomparable OÜ.

By creating an account or using LinkMagnet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

LinkMagnet is a standalone product operated by Incomparable OÜ, independent from other products operated by the same entity.

2. Purpose of the Service

LinkMagnet is a professional tool that automates the distribution of lead magnets (digital resources) via LinkedIn direct messages. The Service allows users to:

Create campaigns linked to specific LinkedIn posts
Define trigger keywords that activate automatic distribution
Automatically send a direct message containing a resource link to users who comment a matching keyword on a monitored LinkedIn post
Track campaign performance and contact activity

LinkMagnet operates through Unipile, a third-party LinkedIn integration provider, to interact with LinkedIn on the user's behalf.

3. User-Initiated Automation

LinkMagnet performs automated actions on LinkedIn only within the scope explicitly configured by the user. Specifically:

Campaigns are created and activated manually by the user
Keywords and resource links are defined by the user
Automated direct messages are sent only when a comment matches a user-defined keyword
Rate limits are enforced to ensure responsible usage (maximum 25 direct messages per day per LinkedIn account)
The user can pause or stop any campaign at any time

The user is solely responsible for the content of the messages sent and the resources distributed through the Service.

4. Eligibility

To use LinkMagnet, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Hold a valid LinkedIn account
Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service

The user is solely responsible for ensuring their use of LinkMagnet complies with LinkedIn's Platform Policies.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Not share your account with third parties
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notification except in cases of urgency.

6. LinkedIn Integration via Unipile

When you connect your LinkedIn account through LinkMagnet:

You explicitly authorize the Service to access your LinkedIn account via Unipile
The Service accesses LinkedIn data necessary to provide its features (post comments, user profiles of commenters)
You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your settings
LinkMagnet does not access private messages beyond those sent by the Service itself

Unipile acts as a technical intermediary. LinkMagnet does not store LinkedIn credentials directly.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

LinkMagnet offers the following pricing:

Monthly plan: €29/month (includes 1 LinkedIn account) + €10/month per additional LinkedIn account
Annual plan: €174/year (includes 1 LinkedIn account) + €100/year per additional LinkedIn account

Additional accounts added mid-cycle are prorated.

Payments are processed by Stripe. LinkMagnet does not store payment or banking information. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may modify pricing with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice.

8. Free Trial

LinkMagnet may offer a free trial period. A valid payment method may be required. No charges are made during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by beginning to use the Service, you expressly waive this right pursuant to Article 16(m) of the Directive. This consent is collected via a dedicated checkbox during signup.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to LinkMagnet — including software, branding, design, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of Incomparable OÜ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service.

Content created by the user (message templates, resource links) remains the user's property.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use LinkMagnet to:

Send unsolicited or deceptive content (spam)
Distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading resources
Impersonate another person or entity
Circumvent LinkedIn's security measures or terms of service
Exceed the rate limits imposed by the Service
Use the Service for purposes other than professional lead generation

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

LinkMagnet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific engagement or conversion results
Continued availability of LinkedIn features accessed through Unipile

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incomparable OÜ's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for actions taken by LinkedIn or other third-party platforms.

13. Availability

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, force majeure, or changes to third-party platforms (including LinkedIn or Unipile). We are not liable for such interruptions.

14. Termination

By the user: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By LinkMagnet: We may suspend or terminate your access in case of Terms violation, fraudulent use, non-payment, or judicial request. Prior notice will be given except in cases of urgency.

15. Force Majeure

Incomparable OÜ shall not be held liable for failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, infrastructure outages, government decisions, or changes to third-party platform policies.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Incomparable OÜ regarding the Service.
LinkMagnet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
