How is the number of lost leads calculated?+
We start from your opted-in commenters (comments per post × posts per month), then apply a speed-to-lead decay curve: the slower the delivery, the larger the share of leads that go cold. Manual delivery adds a flat share that's never reached at all (overnight, weekends, missed comments). Automated under-10-minute delivery loses very little.
Where does the speed-to-lead model come from?+
