My intense desire to win makes me question everything. Did I choose the right path? Am I investing wisely? Does my company - this team - have what it takes? Am I even any good at this? So I build ideas that let me see in the dark. This one has been crushing it for me behind closed doors - helping my agency and clients level up. I call it the Five Layers of Category Leadership. Here’s what it’s about: In business, we’re taught to chase customers. But category leaders attract them. When you truly own a category, the market starts orbiting around you. Customers seek you out. Competitors define themselves in relation to you. Press wants to talk to you first. This gravity doesn't come from marketing tricks or growth hacks. It comes from working your ass off in five areas. Central Idea - A single, clear sentence that answers the question "How will we become irreplaceable?" You’re looking for ideas that create differentiated value AND you that matter personally to you. Mic Drop POV - Your strategic narrative. Fold in the customer, their great ambition, the enemy of that, and the thing you do that vanquishes the enemy. Make this simple narrative the north star for your entire company. Irreplaceable Product - Story isn’t enough. Your product is where you prove it. And it must be categorically different, not 17% better. Confident Brand - Show up like a leader. Surprise them with confidence, proof and things left unsaid. Play in visual culture, never marketing culture. Visible Founder - You either have it or you don’t. A founder who welcomes the spotlight for all the right reasons. If so, get them to sell the vision, rail against the problem - and make it look fun. Companies that stack all five, of course, compete on a different level. And yes, what I just laid out is an almost impossible bar, but that’s the point - if it wasn’t so hard, winning wouldn’t mean so much. The result is maybe, just maybe you become # 1. Not because you claimed it, like the lazy people, but because you earned it. – Do you dream of leading a category - and are you ready to put in the work? In a few days I’m opening the doors on a small 4-week Strategy Cohort. It will sell out. Want early access? DM or comment “YES” and I’ll send it your way. …..

I’m giving away the exact process I used to hit $72K selling automation services. The problem isn't that most people can't build automations—it's that automation is expensive and the deliverables are hard to explain, so getting your foot in the door is brutal. That's where no-brainer offers come in. A no-brainer offer is a simple, productized deliverable you can fulfill quickly, at low cost, that demonstrates value and naturally leads into your more expensive services. Three requirements for an offer to qualify: You can do it quickly. Under one week turnaround, minimal client involvement, a few scheduled progress updates to give the impression of momentum. You can do it cheaply. If you're solo, something you can fulfill in under 2 hours. If you're delegating, under $200. Both are possible if you're using templates. There's little or no risk for the client. This is the biggest lever most people ignore. I think of conversion rate as (cost x ease x desire) / risk. You can't eliminate risk entirely, but you can mitigate most of it. Real example from my business: "I'll build you a world-class cold email outreach system in 14 days for $1,325. We source 5,000 prospects, write your campaigns, and you get positive responses directly in your inbox. If you don't get at least 20 leads in two months, you get all your money back." That cheapest templated lead gen system took us 45 minutes to fulfill and cost us under $50. The real money isn't in the no-brainer offer though—it's in the upsell. If your offer logically leads into a recurring retainer, 5 clients a month at $3K with a 6-month average lifespan is $90K from the same number of customers. I put together a full breakdown of this framework including example offers you can copy, risk mitigation strategies, and how to structure the upsell path. Want it? 1. Like this post 2. Comment "OFFER" I'll DM you the link. PS - Connect with me if we're not already so I can send it to you.

I analysed the 7 pillars of outbound success. (99% agencies get stuck at pillar 4) In the past 6 months, we've: - Hit 40-68% reply rates on warm sequences - Booked 30+ calls per week consistently - Sent millions of emails every month - Audited 1M+ DMs across clients The most common mistake we see... Agencies build their outbound backwards. They start sending DMs/ emails without having a base first. Then say “outbound doesn’t work”. Here's how to make it work: PILLAR 1: ICP DEFINITION Define your absolute ideal client: - Their job title - What social media they consume - What vocab they use at work and at home - What tools they use daily - What keeps them up at night - What they’re proud of Without this, you won’t know what to post or who to message. PILLAR 2: LINKEDIN INFRASTRUCTURE Must-haves: - Clean, high-quality profile photo - Headline (I help X do Y without [pain]) - Banner with a clear next step and proof - Featured section with proof or free resources I added profile templates + examples in the comments of this post. Remember: your profile is your landing page. PILLAR 3: COLD EMAIL INFRASTRUCTURE Do this: - Get minimum 30-50 .com or .co domains - Set up max 3 inboxes per domain - Configure DNS properly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) - Warm inboxes up for 2+ weeks before sending - Sending limit per inbox: 10 emails/ day, then increase to 15 - Use heavy spintax across copy (use AI for this) - Set up triggers for the campaigns to pause automatically if your bounce rates are <2% Get this wrong and your emails will land in spam. PILLAR 4: LEAD SOURCING Do this: - Catch website visitors - Scrape competitor followers - Pull commenters from relevant posts - Track job changes and funding rounds - Build lists from people engaging with your content Signal-based leads reply 3x more than cold lists. PILLAR 5: CONTENT SYSTEM Outbound works better when they already know your name. Build: - 3-5 LinkedIn posts per week minimum - Lead magnets that pull in high-intent leads - Content that speaks to your ICP's pain points - Comments on posts your prospects are reading Content warms them up. Outbound closes them. PILLAR 6: MESSAGING SYSTEM Do this: - DM like you're texting a friend - Keep it relevant not just personalised - Reference something specific to them - Low-effort CTA (not "book a call now") - <50 words per DM, <78 words per email Bonus: Use voice notes and personalised Looms. PILLAR 7: MULTI-CHANNEL SEQUENCING Connect LinkedIn and email. This is how: - LinkedIn content warms them up - DM opens the conversation - Voice note follows up - Email catches the ones who ghosted Each works solo. Together they compound. Most agencies start at pillar 6 and wonder why nothing converts. Build all 7. In order. I have a complete guide on scaling LinkedIn in 2026. If you want it, comment “2026”, and I’ll DM it to you.

I grew my email list from 0 → 7,000 subs with ZERO paid ads.   I’m giving away the entire process for free… This was one of the highest ROI decisions I've ever made for my business. Because with the modern algorithms we rely on: - LinkedIn can throttle your reach tomorrow (it already has) - Meta can raise your CPMs - ANY platform can ban you A newsletter list on the other hand… …it's the ONLY audience that YOU own, and can drive revenue from at the click of a button. → Takes 30 seconds to send an email  → Booked calls & revenue come out the other end   Yet, most agencies / consultants I speak to have tried building a list, but could never get past a few subs without spending thousands on ads.   Which is exactly why I’m giving this away. Originally I built this as internal bootcamp material for my clients… But I’ve decided to open it up to everyone on LinkedIn. Inside this doc, I’ve included:   1. My framework for using LinkedIn that attract ideal clients to your newsletter 2. The 7-element giveaway post structure that drives 100s of comments 3. My landing page blueprint with 2-field form + cover image for 2-3x higher conversions 4. A 5-email nurture sequence that turns subscribers into calls booked   PLUS the system for how I’m able to feed more & more subs into the same list forever. How to get it: → Comment "GROW" → Connect so I can DM you PS My email list has been one of the most valuable assets in my entire business. As long as you build it the RIGHT way… email goes out → revenue comes in.

→ Comment "GROW" → Connect so I can DM you
